Moved to the area a few years ago and had some bad experiences with other dentists in this area until I came to Family Dentistry. They actual care about you and respect your decisions. They give you options in care and are very thorough. Wish I had come here 4 years ago. Thank you

I HIGHLY recommend this clinic 100%.If I could give this clinic a higher rating, I definitely would. I have had terrible dental issues as long as I can remember. And for that- it has made me "fear" dentists. From the 1st moment of calling the clinic to the 1st time to stepping into the office; it has been nothing but amazing. The staff in the front are welcoming and very friendly. And some even know you by name without having to look you up 1st. They actually care and you are not just a number to them. Dr. Horacek is so wonderful, I am so thankful for her care. And she has gone above and beyond to help me. And she is very informative with caring and also helpful with understanding the steps with each visit. Dr Horacek actually listens to you when you explain how your feeling. And with do her absolute best a fixing whatever the issue is to her power. Lacey, her assistant is also so very amazing. Just like Dr Horacek, she is understanding and very informative. Even went above and beyond with her services and understands when something is going to be uncomfortable; she with do her best to make it pleasant.

After a couple of very bad experiences with dentists, I seriously put off visits to any dentist. There was nothing in my mouth bothering me enough to motivate me to a dentist. Last year, my husband needed a tooth pulled, and upon taking his blood pressure, Dr. Weber declined to remove the tooth. My husband's blood pressure was incredibly high! When I started having issues with my teeth, I decided to force myself into the chair and who better than the one who probably saved my husband's life. All of the staff made me feel very comfortable, all were sympathetic to my past experiences, and no one demeaned me for waiting so long. I would highly recommend this fine office--great professional staff.

Staff is always pleasant and professional. Went in for what I thought was a missing filling, turned out it was a chipped tooth. In/out in less than an hour! Thanks Dr. Weber and staff.

UPDATE: Since posting this review, I received a very nice letter from Dr. Weber apologizing for my experience and explaining that the decision was made by his associate, as he was out of the office. He also stated that the ventilation is safe and highest quality imaging equipment is used. I have since found a dental office that I am very happy with, but I appreciate the effort made to apologize for my experience.To call this place family dentistry is inaccurate. I was turned away from my appointment because I brought my infant son along. He is nursing and not able to be away from me yet. Last year, prior to moving to West Salem, I was able to bring my then-nursing daughter to my appointment at my dental office in Rochester without any issues, and that was during the height of covid. To have a dentist I have never met at Family Dentistry try to tell me what is best for my child is insulting. It also makes me concerned that their hygiene practices and/or layout of their office may not be up to a standard of maintaining a clean space.In addition, my husband is a Medical Physicist who works with imagining equipment on a daily basis, and he said that what is used at family dentistry is outdated.There are a lot great dental offices out there, and we are taking our business to one of them.

I LOVE family dentistry of West Salem. I went there to have a tongue tie procedure done for my infant. They did an incredible job and improved the nursing experience for me tremendously. I also just finished a round of Invisalign for myself. I had braces as a kid, but my teeth shifted. I didn’t want to do braces again so Dr. Weber talked me through Invisalign. I was very hesitant at first, but it was an incredible experience. WAYYY better than braces in that it was less painful, you could see the progress week to week, I could talk normally and being on zoom calls no one really noticed. And now, my teeth look better than ever! I highly recommend Dr. Weber and his staff.

Family Dentistry of West Salem is the only place I will go for my dental needs. Friendly, extremely knowledgeable staff and a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. As someone who had a serious fear of dentists, I highly recommend giving them a try. A+.

Dr. Weber and the whole crew at Family Dentistry is awesome! I began Invisalign in February and they worked with me through Covid-19 and my wedding, personalizing my care so I stayed on track. Everyone is professional yet down to earth, which makes going to the dentist a lot more enjoyable than it has been in the past! Thanks for fixing my grill, y’all!
