NAPA Auto Parts service offered with quality and thoroughness. They help figure out exactly which part needed, call around other stores, and tested battery and alternator. They had everything in stock, hydraulic hose, battery, alternator, and a huge milwaukee tool selection. My battery died and they came to me, picked up the dead battery and returned with a new one to get back on the road. They fixed a hydraulic hose in five minutes before closing. The store above and beyond, Earned business and will be using the West Salem NAPA store for all auto parts.
Anthony helped me figure out which part I needed and also called around to other parts stores to see if they had it in stock. I'll have to come back to pick it up from being shipped in, but I really appreciated his thoroughness and the quality of service offered. Would come back again anytime!

Had a break down on a bus that I needed fixed asap. I was able to bring in my small broken part and Shaw was able to figure out exactly what I needed to get it fixed and back on the road. Knowledge and helpful, in and out service 👍🏻
