We had been with them for years. We always had great service and were treated with respect. We have now moved to Alabama and will miss having them as our electric and internet company.

Internet is okay. For fiber optic and $55 a month. In the past year you can tell Internet is getting bogged down by other users in my area. Then Internet drops off my phone and computer. Before expanding coverage into Monroe County, upgrade the network to handle the traffic first. Not happy anymore. Interferes with getting work done.

Ryan & Monte are by far the best I’ve interacted with. I was having slow, crappy internet over the weekend and Monte called me right away Monday morning to get it figured out and sent Ryan to reinstall a new router.. while Ryan was here he was very helpful connecting my devices and even “repaired” my Roku even though it wasn’t working prior to the visit, and gave me a TV remote to make sure my TV was connected.Very helpful, and definitely a 5 Star experience that makes my recommendation of Vernon Communications to others very confident!! 10/10 experience!

Last month I saw an increase in our bill so I called Vernon Communications and the woman I spoke with was so friendly and helpful! She explained that in the last bill they had stated an increase but when I told her I am legally blind in one eye and its very difficult to read She explained it to me and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that! Thank you!

My Roommate and I are looking to upgrade our plan so I called to get some information. I don't know if the woman was having a bad day, but why would you try to talk me into not upgrading our plan, and why the hell is it any of your business asking me what we're doing.(Separate issue) One of your technicians tried telling me it's impossible to DDOS a home connection one time. How do you have a degree as well as CompTIA certifications and not know how a Denial Of Service attack works. Look into the credentials of your own employee's before you hire them please.

Anyone who works for this company is completely disgusting, and honestly should be ashamed to show their faces in public. Even the receptionists are incompetent, just constant ugly behavior. Service is garbage and has been for 3 years we've used them but they have market since they're the only provider available. We paid for 25 mbps and maybe receive 11 mbps on a good day. Not to mention the equipment they provide was outdated, dirty and overpriced.

We have had Vernon Communication's services for years, residential and more recently for our business. They have always been knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They have assisted to the fullest and in a timely manner. We are so grateful to have such a dependable phone and internet service!
