These guys do a great job! We have taken our vehicles there many times. They get things done as fast and proficient as they can, and they always go the extra mile for the customer. They have even given us rides home or picked us up. They have worked late to get our vehicles done and come in early. They have even helped people who couldn't come to their shop but were stuck somewhere after parts stores were closed. These guys are the best customer service I've seen for a small auto shop. It's easy to become friends with these guys.

Helped us when our lug nuts came loose and sheared 1 stud off on I-39. We were at a loss about what to do on a Friday at 4:50pm! Happened to find Ken and asked him for help. He didn't hesitate to spend an hour putting on a new lug nut stud and getting us safely on our way again! Couldn't have been more grateful!!

I will never take my vehicle here again. My car sat here for OVER A WEEK before it was even looked at. This was not made clear to me at all when I dropped it off. I was also never called or informed of this, so I was stranded without a vehicle for 10 days. I understand if a person is busy, but at least let the customers know so that they can look into other options. I did not plan to be without a vehicle for so long. If my vehicle would have been drivable I would have most definitely taken it somewhere else.
