Ryan from the AT&T Weston, WI was awesome in dealing with my issue!!! Fast; friendly. I wish AT&T was as good of a company as the workers at the store. BTW, the reason I called the store is because the AT&T app is not user friendly.

Very slow customer service. With the cellcom outtage going on they care more about stealing customers than helping current att customers. Nerdy supervisor Stanley is super rude and tries to to talk over people explaining things to him. By far the worst att store to go to.

We had an excellent experience at the AT&T store. We ordered our phones through Costco and went to have them activated today. We worked with Colene who was knowledgeable, very patient and took the time to teach me about the new phone as I was switching from IPhone to Samsung. She was very professional and made things fun, but made sure I understood how to navigate the system. I truly appreciated her help and she is an asset to your staff!

My wife and I visited the AT&T Weston store on Friday, April 4, to buy her a new iPhone after she lost her old one. We were helped by Josh, who patiently walked us through all our options and answered all our questions. When we made our choice, he expertly set up her new phone. That evening, we realized that we still had some questions about a few things, so we returned to the store when it opened the next day, Saturday, April 5, and were helped by Keith, who resolved all our remaining issues and questions within 20 minutes. In a world where 90% of retail transactions are a pain in the buttocks, this experience was a breath of fresh air. These guys are knowledgeable, polite, fast, friendly, and they know their stuff! Thanks, Josh and Keith!

I needed a up grade and could not find anyone that would accommodate that from either the Rhinelander or Wausau store ( I guess they were under educated in what I needed). The entire staff at the Weston store were more of a help. Very professional and courteous. If only I didn't have to drive over 70 miles to get the customer service that was supposed to be only 8 miles from home. I would strongly recommend the Weston Wi. Store for all of your AT&T needs. Thanks again guys!!!

Excellent customer service on two separate visits. Most recently, brought in a billing issue that was not resolved online. The matter was handled capably and professionally, and quickly! Also received advice on improving my plan coverage and cost going forward. Highly recommend this location!
