“Whatever Sam is getting paid, it is NOT enough. We worked with him recently and could not have been happier with the entire process. He was extraordinarily patient with us, answered all of our questions and then some, walked us through each monetary charge and decision that needed to be made (and there were a lot), and was the point-of-contact for all arrangements (ie with the church, flowers, organizing the luncheon, etc). Incidentally, we worked with a different funeral home in Wausau a couple of years ago that also starts with the letter B, and while they were great to work with, our experience there was nothing like our experience with Sam at Brainard. Even now, three months post-service, Sam has been more than willing to help me resolve an issue with the state. So Sam and Lauren, thank you from the bottoms of our hearts.
