Came in at a little after 8pm. Waited in line to hear 2 employees talking trash and yelling very loudly but ignoring people around them. Then a younger gentleman came running in, took his vest off to help the person in front of me first. I try to avoid this one, it’s always slow check out and condiment area is always gross.

Everytime I come here, they never say thank you and we'll see you again. I thought supposed to treat everyone like a guest in their home. I said thank you to the coworker and she just started to talk to another coworker. Never even cared to say thank you back

Usually love KTs as they’re pretty consistent. However, I stopped at this one on 01/05/25 at 4:30pm. I chose to get some mid grade fuel and when I started the pump, the fuel came out really slow, about a gallon a minute. I canceled the transaction and switched to a different fuel. The pump worked correctly. As I filled up my vehicle, I walked in and said to the 3 employees standing behind the counter “mid grade on number 6 is pumping about 1/3 the amount it should be. One of the 3 employees looked at me like I was speaking in a foreign language. One of the remaining employees said back in a snooty attitude “they don’t like the cold.” As I walked out I said “you should probably put a sign on it then.”
Horrible customer service. I’m from the Fox Valley and the KTs around there aren’t run like that. A “I’m sorry and thanks for letting us know.” was all I was looking for.
Hey owner, I’m not going to a website to fill out another review. You can take the info and do it yourself. You have the pump number, date and time. I just won’t come back and the employee can keep their job.

I hate coming here! They always have carts and other stuff in customer walk ways. 4:30AM and not a single breakfast sandwich, but they have 4 rotisserie chickens ready to go! Makes no sense! I have yet to have one employee be nice. Most of the time they walk right in front of you and give dirty looks like you are a burden to them!

Every Nature's Touch vitamin D 2 gallon milk I bought from this store had not tasted right like spoiled. The milk wasn't expired at all, think it must be their cooler doesn't refrigerate correctly at proper temperature that can cause problems with products. Would strongly not recommend buying from here until they fix this issue.

I just want to give Roma a 5 star review for their exceptional and outstanding customer service. I’ve never aired up my tires before on my car and was a bit scared considering it was my first time. They asked a coworker if they could come out with me to show me how to do it, aired up my first tire for me, and then stayed outside in the cold with me to make sure I was okay and doing it properly. They were a huge help and very friendly, so thank you for being so kind!!
