Picked up my prescription around 5pm, pharmacy was fully staffed and it wemt super fast even though I usually dread doing errands around rush hour. Great experience!

My prescription is never ready even after they tell me to come back for it. I get text messages saying my prescription is ready and it never is! What a joke place. Terrible customer service. They are always low of what I need.

I give them 1 star because I can't get it to go negative I've grown tired of dealing with these pill nazis my schedule doesn't comply with theirs and when I tried to transfer the prescription they lied to me and said they didn't have it and hung up on me when I called them on their lies and later changed their answer I'm glad I never have to deal with those nazis again

Always wasting people's time, oh that we will have ready in 15 minutes I placed my order the previous day, how convenient they can fill it in 15 minutes but not 15 hours. Also, put a DUR alert on my antidepressant and my meds for bipolar disorder, even though they are not controlled medications I have as a result of car accidents and head trauma. So they didn't want to fill it even though I just saw a doctor the day prior. This could have gone badly as I was not in a normal frame of mind and was ready to act out in an unknown manner. I felt like my brain was being ripped in half.

Madison at the Walgreens Pharmacy in Weston is the best! At 7pm, I called to explain that we accidentally left prescription meds at hunting cabin and requested a 2-3 day supply which I expected to pay out of pocket for it. Less than an hour later I was able to pick up my order and was pleasantly surprised to find that she was able to contact my insurance company and got approval for a 30 day advance - problem solved!

Ridiculous wait times. Everytime I go someone is told that the pharmacy is out of stock of that medicine. When I was there today there was a woman that has been waiting 3 days for the pharmacy to fill her prescription. Pharmacy employees are rude. Wouldn't recommend getting prescriptions here.

First they don't have enough to fill entire prescription then I go to pick up remaining prescription and they lost it they tell me come back after we reviewed the camera

Slow. Don't be in a hurry o get anywhere. Poor customer service in the pharmacy. Closed weekends.

Everyone is so rude and the prescription is never ready and take almost all day to get your prescription. Plus there never enough staff so pick up a prescription take at least 46 to 60min, to end up being not ready.
