Walgreens is a very busy pharmacy where customers can refill prescriptions, shop for health and beauty products, and print photos. The pharmacy staff is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and caring. They provide great service, explain things clearly, and make people feel cared for. The store has a nice selection of items with helpful clerks and reasonable prices due to discounts. However, the pharmacy is overwhelmed with such an increase in people getting prescriptions. It is known not to be fully staffed. The employees are working non-stop and the blame cannot be placed on them. The drive-up window sign during lunch breaks is confusing and irritating; it should say "On Lunch Break" and not "Pharmacist Not On Duty." There is a suggestion for corporate to upgrade services in the area and to consider building another location in Weston, near the Aspirus Weston Clinic. With these improvements, the experience could be upgraded to five stars. Pharmacy hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 10pm, Saturday from 9am to 1:30pm and 2pm to 6pm, and Sunday from 9am to 1:30pm and 2pm to 5pm.
Worst pharmacy ever! Very incompetent employees! Switching to Pick-n-Save. You can't even try to explain anything...the employees are too dumb to understand. Get another job!

Regularly delays basic refills for several days or a week later than needed. Essential medication you end up having to call and sit on hold for. Then get told to wait a day or longer to get it filled.
