I never leave a review but they returned to sender for no reason at all. Can't even call them to fix it, so I'll go ahead and leave a one star.

It would be helpful to speak to a person instead of the stupid machine that can't listen and hook you up with the person to speak to. I've never had so much difficulty with trying to figure out what the he double toothpicks happened to my packages and why they're not being delivered.

Every time I put in a request for pick up my packages never gets picked up. But I get an email saying it's been picked up. Which is a complete lie and it has happened twice now. Please do your job better thanks!
