Do not recommend. Heavily agree with others that billing will scam you without remorse. A nurse incorrectly assured me that my doctor would be able to prescribe the med that I needed, but after I scheduled and got to my appointment he said he doesn't fill that med. He clicked a button to refill one of my regular meds (which I didn't really need) and the whole thing was over within 10 minutes. I got billed several hundred dollars and disputed the bill. Months later after back and forth messages they ultimately forced me to pay in full for an appointment that achieved nothing. They never even confirmed that the nurse was corrected and wouldn't deceive more people... pretty cruddy!!

The app is horrible to deal with when trying to contact your doctor. I finally had to google the phone number for the office of my sons pediatrician. The office was extremely unhelpful. My son has an urgent health concern and I’m trying to get him in to see his pediatrician asap. The doctor does not have regular office hours and they could not advise or help getting ahold of him to see if we could go to a different location. The girl that I spoke with on the phone was rude and had an attitude, which is pretty terrible considering I’m dealing with a sick 12 week old baby.

Unfriendly staff, dismissive and gaslighting doctors despite excuriating pain, even though not looking for pain-meds.Don't go here.

This clinic is horrible and I only come here if I absolutely have to BUT Heaven in the lab is amazing. She is the best lab person I’ve dealt with at Aurora. When I arrived at the lab, she told me the orders I came for had expired (I was not told this during scheduling). She explained what the issue was, instructed me to call and have them reordered, and waited with me until they were active again in the system. She explained why two of the labs couldn’t be drawn at the time and was skilled with her blood draw. She communicated, was respectful, was willing to offer help, and was very skilled. More Aurora employees need to be like her.

Billing here is a joke. All 3 of my children went here for their pediatrician, but no more. I recently started with a new company, which required that I switch my insurance provider. Bad news, new insurance provider was unfortunately not in-network; but good news, it's good coverage and they will cover standard pediatric visits at 100% out-of-network. So continuing to send my children to Aurora, my son had his 5 yr checkup. Well, Aurora refused to send the claim to the new insurance, because they didn't have a contract with them. Annoyance, but OK, as my wife is really good at handling these, and got both Aurora and new health insurance on a 3 way call to straighten it out. Aurora told new health insurance what was owed, and new health insurance cut a check direct to Aurora. All settled, good to go, right? Fast forward 3 months, and a random bill from Aurora shows up for an additional $346 for that 5 yr check up, huh? They say they had billed it as if we didn't have insurance, and they are now reducing the discount and we now owe another $346, 3 months later, huh? Aurora couldn't have handled that when directly on the phone when the new insurance company was asking you what they owed? Now I've paid an additional $346 that I DO NOT OWE Aurora, but just can't deal with these crooks anymore. New pediatrician, no more problems.

Just moved back into town after being out of state for 6 years. I called to make a new patient appointment and they got me in just a few days later, the staff was very friendly and so was Dr Reiners and his nurse! It’s like I never left, keep up the great work

Love my doctor and the nurse practitioner, but the office staff cannot seem to do things quickly, like pick up the phone.

If you want your prescription medication to come in multiple days late every month, this is the place for you. However, I do think my doctor is great.

I have been going to the Silver Spring location for years. My PCP is there but I can never see her (she's part-time) unless I wait many months. So they get you in to the NP all the time. I haven't seen my PCP in over a year. It's crazy. Only reason I stay is because it's nearby and I refuse to go to the Good Hope location--that's 100 times worse. Also, they have a terrible problem with ordering rx refills. Mass-confusion constantly that has cost me BIG $$ with my mail order service. It doesn't seem too hard to order a 90 supply but they constantly get it wrong. I may just have to go elsewhere.**Update** They still can't seem to keep a regular Dr at this place. The ones they do have are very incompetent. The whole Aurora Health Care system is horrible.

Continually try to use their online scheduling, but they always cancel. What's the point of having online scheduling? Horrible service. Will be asking insurance for a new and more competent primary. Aurora is horrible.

The pettiness you get from this office is laughable even after the fact of apologizing. It’s literally clown central. I will be back in this office under new circumstances and I hope when they found out who I actually am and WHY Im there I hope they find it just as hilarious as I did learn who your patient are before you do the things you do BUTTTTT on a different note Dr.Fisch AMAZING....

Long wait times, even with appointment. People everywhere, no restrictions to remain seated which negates social distancing. Furniture, pens, counter not being cleaned between patients. No control over covid entrance exits and isolating from non covid. My wait time with appointment was two hours and they wanted me to arrive 30 minutes early. Avoid this place!

Deceptive and unethical. They billed me almost $600 for an appointment to establish care. Because I asked for and got a prescription for restless leg syndrome (took two minutes) and was offered a referral for knee surgery (which I declined) I was charged separately. So any random question you ask in an appointment will be billed separately. And the billing clerk said you can get an estimate, but it might not be accurate because THEY DON’T KNOW FOR SURE WHAT WILL COME UP. Unconscionable. Caveat Emptor.

I have never had an issue with this facility; staff is always helpful on the phone and in person. Dr. Reiners is always prompt to respond with questions and or telehealth appointments.
