Burn is an amazing place! Everyone is so warm & welcoming. Workouts are HARD and also GOOD. I just started a little over a month ago, and it is the best way to start my day.
I appreciate the positive energy, the challenging workouts, the encouragement from everyone, and the constant helpful feedback!

I absolutely love working out at Burn. Every week, the protocol is posted so you can plan for the week ahead. The trainers are all so amazing and will constantly push you to be the best version of yourself. I have met some of the most amazing people because of Burn and I cannot recommend it enough

I have been attending Burn for 5 years and it has drastically changed my physical and mental well being. Everyday is a new protocol that pushes both my strength and conditioning. The trainers know you and give you the motivation to lift more and keep going. Not to mention the amazing community and friends you can make with those working out besides you!

I joined Burn over a year ago after stalling out on at home workouts. I knew I needed to lift heavier weights, but also felt very intimidated by it. I also needed some accountability but not a huge time commitment. Burn checked all the marks for me. The trainers are incredibly accessible and will answer (many, many) questions about form and technique. The workouts are just 45 minutes but leave you feeling like… well, you wouldn’t want to do another 5 minutes. It’s also a super friendly, non judgmental community with a wide range of fitness levels, ages, etc. They make what might feel like super bro-y workout place feel accessible to everyone. Can’t recommend this location enough!

Have nothing but positive things to say about Burn. I never exercised before, but Burn has kept me consistent working out 6 days a week for almost a year. The workouts are varied, class availability is great, personalized focus meetings keep you on track, and the results have been amazing. Highly recommend.

As a member of 5 years, I would say the variety of workouts keeps things interesting and ensures you are always challenged. From strength training to high intensity cardio workouts each class is designed to deliver results.
What really sets it apart from the rest is the sense of community. Everyone here supports each other, creating a positive and encouraging environment that keeps me coming back daily!
Burn really welcomes all fitness levels, and is more than just a Gym!
