Alaiya gave us excellent customer service and communication about our needs and questions she was effective and efficient at the cashier too. Great parking and lots of beauty selections and clean store with awesome sales

This is the best cvs with customer service and interaction along with treatment and communication, I’ve ever seen. I’ve been to other cvs in mi on trips and nothing compares to the one in Jackson mi. Every employee helps with care to my needs. I definitely would give more then 5 stars.

I've had my meds here for some time. I'm giving some grace because every where is short on staff. The pharmacist on today at 12:30 p.m. gave me prompt service in calling me back regarding an rx. Now the store manager need to check grocery items on shelves for expiration dates.

DO NOT use this pharmacy. The pharmacist is rude and was completely unhelpful regarding an urgent prescription. Take your business elsewhere.

Leta is an outstanding cashier. She fully listened to what I needed, and she went above and beyond to accommodate my request. She is also very knowledgeable about the community she serves. This was my best CVS experience ever. BRAVO!

I love this pharmacy. I pick up my dad’s prescription every month just so I have a reason to browse the aisles and always find multiple items to purchase, including adult beverages. I wish CVS was a provider in my insurance network.

The pharmacy is not capable of filling prescriptions in a timely manner if at all. I have had several urgent prescriptions take hours, days, even weeks to fill. I have had to continuously ask that a prescription be ordered only to find out that it still hasn't been. I have received pharmacy texts saying an order has been made only to go in days later to ask about it and be told it hasn't been ordered. If you can take your business somewhere else, I am.

The pharmacy in my experience is fine but the rest of the employees have attitudes most of the time especially the younger ones , and on top of that they sell food that is either expired a decent bit or food that wasn't stored properly,not to mention the store is kinda disorganized and they don't label some things prices or label the prices accurately

I live down the block. The manager Bob is always a jerk. He personally goes out of his way to make shopping here a pain, his store always has expired foods items on the shelf, and if he sells you a defective product he’ll swear up and down it’s not his fault. Today I bought a thermometer that unfortunately couldn’t tell the temperature. Bob told me it was my fault. Fire Bob
