I came in for an ethernet repair on my ps4. I was told by them that they can fix it. After a few days I got a call saying my HDMI port, they tested it and it was fixed. I told them that's not what it was in for. They had to confer with the tech and get back to me. They then called the next day and said that the tech did not in fact "repair the HDMI port" and they are waiting to see if the ethernet port was fixed or not. Once they found out it wasn't fixable, I was told they had to send it out to another place that can fix more intricate things like this. I asked how long it would take and was told 2-3 weeks cause of the holidays. I understand that. Then I asked if this other place will in fact be able to repair it. I was assured they would because they have more tools and such to be able to do it. Now almost a month later I get a call saying that it wasn't able to be repaired.All around I'm happy with I believe his name is Ben's service. Very helpful and professional. But on the whole as a company, I'm fairly upset that all this time was wasted for nothing. And being told it could be fixed then it couldn't be. As well as being told that a repair was done, albeit the wrong repair, then telling me it actually wasn't done. Basically I'm mad about being lied to and the seemingly poor communication inside the company and with the solder house.I am thankful I did not have to pay for any of this, and the Playstation is working minus the issue it was brought in for. Things need to be better in the future with communication amongst the workers and support locations. This isnt a new piece of equipment that no one knows how to fix yet. This is a ps4, its been out for at least 6 yrs now. A lot of time was wasted, when a few inquiries could have been done to find out the fix couldn't happen.

Dropped off my computer to diagnose a power issue and said they’d have an answer for me in a few days. A few weeks go by after no communication, I call told that they haven’t gotten to it, but they suspect it’s a battery. I told them I’ve already diagnosed that, disconnected the battery myself and that is not the issue. They said they were going to order the battery anyways to try. After another week of no updates, I try calling, no one answers the phone for multiple days, and I’m forced to drive to the store to check on it. I’m told the battery hasn’t arrived and that they are waiting on it. Another week goes by of not being able to get a hold of anyone by phone, then another week and I finally get a call that the battery arrived and did not fix the computer (surprise, I told you this from the start). Today I go to pick up the computer and am told that they completed my data transfer. EXCUSE ME. I did not authorize any transfer of data, let alone you pulling the data off my computer and trying to sell it to me. After I call them out on this, I put it in a case and take it home. I get home and take it out of the case and notice that the longer screws for the bottom cover were jammed into the holes meant for the short screws, screws are stripped and I’m also missing two screws for the bottom cover. I called them to call them out on this and get attitude about how they’ll have to order screws because they don’t have them in stock. Yes, you lost them, you order them. That is how that works. Further inspection shows my computer is now quite scratched up. Granted the computer doesn’t turn on, but this is NOT the condition I left the MacBook Pro with the business in. 5 weeks later I’m somehow left with a computer in worse condition. Absolutely do not go here.

uBreakiBreakMore - Took my daughter's iPad in to get it fixed for a charging issue. Told it was $150ish for repair and it would be done by the end of the week. Asked for PIN code and denied them as it wasn't needed. Called on Thursday and was informed it was shipped out of state without our knowledge to a warehouse in Florida and would not be back until the following week. Called again on Saturday and was told it failed repair and another repair would be attempted on Monday. They kept asking for the PIN which I found disturbing and they kept forgetting to apply the discount code. Called again on Monday and was told it failed repair and would be shipped back at no charge. Picked up iPad on a Thursday (week and half later from drop off). They tried to upsell me on home warranty for all my electronics which I declined. Got home and attemped to put device back in case and found that the touchscreen was no longer working and had dead spots. Tested it and found it was unusable as areas of the screen were completely unresponsive to touch. So they broke the iPad even further and its basically DOA on return from 'repair'. Never again. Do not recommend.

Took my grandsons ps5 in for an hdmi port repair. They sent out and stated two week turn around but we received in 1! Nice job

So this is the second time my daughter dropped my phone into the pool. The first time I tried to dry it with a dehumidifier myself and it just died (killed the screen?) So it was a pricey fix. This time I learned my lesson and turned the phone off right away and immediately jumped out of the pool with my wet hair and head straight to uBreakiFix. Andrew was really confident and other than waiting for another customer, it took no time to hand him my phone and he immediately opened it to dry it overnight. Fortunately, the next day Andrew called me back and told me my phone has come back to life with no issues! I didn't even have to reinstall all my apps!! Thanks to the amazing Andrew, I am now catching up on messages I got in the last 24 hours. It wasn't even a very expensive fix. Thank you so much!! I hope I don't have to come back but something tells me my toddler is probably going to break something else again next time.... I'll be back!

I just had my phone fixed by Andrew at the branch in whitefish bay, WI. Andrew is super awesome. He spared no efforts to help me with the problem I have, which I am happy it is fixed. The employees of the whitefish bay ubreakifix exceeded every one of my expectations with their Stellar customer service and professionalism. Fast turnaround time on my screen replacement and OEM Google parts. Got my phone back and it's in like new condition. If you're looking to get a screen replacement I can't recommend this location enough!

I went here to get my phone fixed after I cracked the screen. I scheduled an appointment and arrived on time. When I got there, there were several people in line and no acknowledgement that another person had entered the store. The person working the counter eventually came back after several minutes, but it was very strange to have no one come out. I ended up waiting for 20ish minutes before being told they didn't have my part and I could go to another location. They did call and see if surrounding locations had my part available, but it was very frustrating when I drove 30 minutes to get there and then had to drive another 30 to get to the next location. I won't be back to this location.

I took my phone in here to get repaired though I have a after market screen can’t tell the difference.. I recommend anyone to get there phone repair here you won’t be let down with the service phone is as good as new
