“After hitting a deer we decided to work with VAB for repairs. Let me start by saying working with Jordan was a wonderful experience, never having to do an insurance claim he helped so much and had wonderful communication with not only us but with the agent. Jordan was honest right from the start and explained to us that some things are on back order and may take longer, we told him when we would need the truck back and he made that deadline. During the time the truck was in for repairs when we called for an update Jordan was knowledgeable and able to tell us. When we picked up the truck Jordan was honest with us and explained something’s to us very well and had such a positive attitude. Even tho we waited over a month the wait was so worth it! I recommend them to anyone!”
“They are always extremely honest, knowledgeable & fair. Our Kia had what we thought was out catalytic converter chopped off. Took it to Kia in Appleton and they quoted a couple thousand dollars to replace it. However, we took it here and they said the dummies cut the muffler NOT the catalytic converter. He welded the muffler and it’s been perfect for years! HONESTY IS VALUE! ♥️”

I have been a Safranski's Tire & Auto customer for over 10 years.Over those 10 years, the crew at Safranksi has worked on my Jeep Grand Cherokee, Chevrolet Impala, Mazda3 and GMC Acadia with issues ranging from simply getting a new set of tires all the way to replacing a transmission.Before i purchased my Mazda3, I called up Paul to ask if his establishment worked on that make of car; that's how much i trust him and his employees.They always treat me and my vehicles with respect, kindness and patience. “I was skeptical at first because I could not get a firm price on doing a wheel alignment. I think Chris was just trying to be sure I knew that if the job was more involved related to further complications like damage and rust, that the price could be higher than the base price 80. I stayed for the service and Chris took the time to show me the results on the computer while on the lift and explained things. There were no complications, so it cost the 80 plus shop fees and tax. It took a whole hour with the 2 test drive. Thanks.”

They have done so many things to go out of their way for us, which is so appreciated. There was also one time when the car was making a noise, I took it in, and they were able to explain it and said there was no problem - and no charge! That removed any doubts we might have had (not that we had any).”
