“I had always been hesitant to bring any of my cars to an auto repair shop but brought my car to Manitowoc Auto Repair for the first time in 2024. Since then, I have been back multiple times and each time has been a great experience. It feels great to drop off your car at place with very knowledgeable people who you know will get your car back to you better than you left it. I highly recommend Tim & Bryce. Customer service is great, prices and wait times are very reasonable, one of the best shops in Manitowoc County.”
“Mark and his team were a delight to work with. I had an older 4-wheeler with transmission issues and I was concerned how much money to invest in fixing it. Anchultz Motorsports worked with me to significantly lower the cost by having me pull the motor/transmission myself and then bring it in to diagnose the issue. I was delighted to received a call from Mark explaining that the issue would not require any parts other than shop supplies and their time. This is a situation where a shop could have easily taken advantage of the situation and thrown unnecessary parts at it. I found Anschutz Motorsports to be both an accommodating and honest business.”

“I brought my vehicle in for a service. Austin and Jaden proceeded to do an oil change, fill my tires, get me new wipers, and told me I had a small oil leak from the oil pan gasket. Both Austin and Jaden were very pleasant and very knowledgeable about what they were doing.”
“After hitting a deer we decided to work with VAB for repairs. Let me start by saying working with Jordan was a wonderful experience, never having to do an insurance claim he helped so much and had wonderful communication with not only us but with the agent. Jordan was honest right from the start and explained to us that some things are on back order and may take longer, we told him when we would need the truck back and he made that deadline. During the time the truck was in for repairs when we called for an update Jordan was knowledgeable and able to tell us. When we picked up the truck Jordan was honest with us and explained something’s to us very well and had such a positive attitude. Even tho we waited over a month the wait was so worth it! I recommend them to anyone!”
“I wanted to try to repay in some way the kindess and excellent service I was given today at Safranski. I was on a family camping trip when my tire decided to die on me, full failure on the joint between sidewall and tread. The tire simply would not hold air for more than 10 minutes at a time. After calling many shops big and small, somehow, a single late afternoon call to Safranski (near their closing time) is all it took for them to order a very rare tire size, make sure that it arrived the next day in the morning to their shop, and impossibly, made space for me in their very busy schedule to replace my tire the very next day. Whithout them, all other nearby shops told me it would be at least two days before they could even receive the tire, much less install it.
The staff were extremely cordial, understanding of my predicaments, and they helped me get the tire we needed under really dire family circumstances. Without them, I would still be stranded 100 miles away from home with a completely flat and dead tire that nobody else seems to stock.
Finally, I wanted to thank them for their generosity and empathy while under a really stressful situation. They went the extra mile and way beyond to help me while traveling with my kids and dog, despite their fully boked schedule. They even gave my kids some fidget toys and coloring books while we waited (which was a really short wait!).
I simply cannot say enough how impressed and grateful I am for this auto shop. Please don't hesitate a second to have them work on your car. Their shop is clean, well equipped, and they will help you get back on the road.
My kids and I thank you so much for all you did for us today. We're back home safely because of you.”

“I took a lengthy driving trip recently and I wanted to have my headlights cleaned up and buffed for that bit of added safety. I spoke with Scott, made an appointment for the following day and both lights were cleared after a short wait and a very reasonable fee. When I can swing some spa time for my little dinged up car (she's a trooper) I'll take her to Scott and company for a complete do-over. Scott's Custom Body is a terrific shop: delightful personnel, professional in every detail, organized and spotless work area. 5+ Stars!!”

“Called to ask if they had a gas tank for a R6 luckily they had one in the exact color I needed, gave me a great price! Showed up with my friend an the owner let us check out the parts bike it came from and find several other things that we could use as well negotiated for a great deal on all of that which included a clutch and clutch basket he went out of his way to show us how to remove and properly install it when we get home. Overall great experience, awesome family owned business who goes the extra distance for their customers. 10/10 will be calling him anytime I’m looking for parts!”

“Mitch was so awesome to work with! Super communicative/responsive about drop off times, parts ETA, etc. and the final results were amazing! We had to get our front bumper replaced and the color matching he was able to accomplish on the really unique color of our car was so impressive! We couldn’t even tell the difference between old and new. The quote/final cost was on par with the quotes we got from other shops. He also got it done in a single day after parts arrived, we had our car back in just a few hours. He also noticed our oil needed changed and offered to do that while it was on the rack, I really appreciated that initiative to ask if we wanted to get that done when he noticed. He’s a super straightforward and upfront guy that you can tell isn’t bullshitting you, I felt immediately confident in his ability to execute and his honesty/trustworthiness. That confidence was well placed. Can’t recommend highly enough.”
“Been ordering Ravenol oil kits for my 2016 Rover several times per year without incident. Usually, my package deliverieas meet or beat my expectations. I have noticed that free shipping (7-10 day plus) often is disabled if/when you enter a coupon code, which then re-applies a non-free ship option (usually $14.95 on a $150 order). While this negates the 5% coupon value, it does typically push up the arrival date by Fedex. Not sure why UPS Ground nor slow mail USPS is not offered with a coupon code discount applied.”
