Jackson is a great young man. He was very friendly and did not try to pressure us or come off as a slimy sales guy. He was quick to answer our questions and very helpful. They stayed late to accommodate my schedule and still took the time to finish the sale and make sure nothing was left unanswered. Happy with the entire experience.

Extremely disappointed with this dealership. I waited three hours at my first appointment for a simple radio repair, and they couldn’t fix it. Against my better judgment I gave them another chance, scheduled a second appointment, and spent nearly two more hours waiting—still no solution. After two visits and almost 5 hours of my time, the problem remains. Poor communication and no results. I cannot recommend their service.

Couldn't have gone better. Brad is excellent. No pressure, plenty of explanation. There wasn't anything he didn't answer and most of it he detailed without being asked. The deal was great and without question the best experience I've had buying a new vehicle. Dan took care of all the paperwork. Great communication by both of them and I look forward to doing more business with Burtness and these two professionals.

My wife and I have been buying chevy vehicles for years. We moved and needed to find a new dealer. I looked online for a bit and decided to call Burtness Chevy Buick GMC, because I really liked the pricing. I asked for someone in sales, and was transfered to Alejandro. It was late, and they were closing, but Alejandro stayed late and met with us. I already new what I wanted by the time I left, and Alejandro agreed to hold the vehicle I wanted even though it was in transport. I asked how much they needed down to hold it and was offered a hand shake as a gentleman's agreement. I was very impressed with this, and when we picked up our vehicle, Alejandro and Dan were very helpful and honest, making sure to point out better deals to save us money. My wife and I feel we've found our new dealer and sales team. We recommend Burtness, and especially Alejandro to anyone looking to buy their next vehicle.
