I would highly recommend Nick Meyer as your next sales consultant. He was honest, upfront and no high pressure sales. He truly was a consultant. It was a great experience from start to finish at Burtness. Nick even spent a lot of time going over all new gadgets on our new Enclave after the sale. I would definitely buy from Nick and Burtness again for our next vehicle. I've had many cars over the years and this was hands down the best experience!

Friendly and caring staff. They assessed the issue, took pictures for my warranty and ordered a new tail light. Parts arrived in less than a week and was repaired in a timely manner. Thank you, Burtness!

I bought a vehicle from them last fall and have had back to back problems with it. They’ve pretty much had my car all summer “fixing” issues and not listening to my concerns. I have been lucked out when it came to getting me a loaner vehicle, thank Goodness I have amazing friends who’ve lent me their cars during this frustrating time. Poor service and communication. Would never recommend this place.

Burtness is the 4th GM dealer we have dealt with for new vehicles. This was by far our best experience. Anika is great and made the buying process simple. Dan made the paperwork portion of the process enjoyable. That's hard to do. We drove 2 hours to get our new vehicle and have no regrets. I highly recommend Burtness.

Very nice place to shop for a car. Sales staff, Anika, was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles . I would highly recommend talking to her if you're looking to buy new or used. She also " listens" to your needs and makes recommendations based on what you are looking for, and doesn't pressure into buying anything.

Absolutely POOR SERVICE! I had my Jeep Renegade in to fix CV axle. They didn't get the correct parts in and said I could pick it up. I asked if it would be fine to drive up north. Quinn said, "of course, you should've any issues."Well, Quinn was definitely wrong. Apparently, my Jeep blew off a CV axle rod (or something like that, not a car person). It broke down on I39 South around noon or 1pm on a Sunday, while many , many people were coming home from up north. I had a full panic attack breakdown. I would NEVER TRUST this dealership ever again!!

The work was done well. The response time was super fast - much faster than I expected. They explained everything very well. They also were kind enough to return the car to me rather than me having to pick it up. They have always had great customer service.

I saw the truck on Autotrader. I sent a message to ask if the truck was still available. Within a couple of minutes, a woman called me and we confirm the availability of the truck. She was friendly and helpful. She referred me to your salesman, Nick and he followed up promptly with me. Per my request, he sent me a cost breakdown spreadsheet and we agreed on the details and pricing. I scheduled an appointment for the next morning. I live in Northern IL so I drove up and found Nike ready for me right on time. He gave me a walk around and explained the features of the truck and let me take it for a test drive. I finished the paper work with Dan and was driving home in short order. Great experience. Professional staff. I would recommend Burtness Chevrolet Buick GMC to anyone looking for great service and fair pricing. Thank you.

I bought a car there, in Whitewater, that didn't have a gas cap. Found out the car comes like that. Well I wanted to put some fuel injector cleaner in the gas tank, because it acted like it needed it. Then I found out I need a special funnel to do so. That means I have to buy one now (about $25 at my auto parts store), and my mechanic said it should have come with the car. Even if the previous owner didn't leave it, they should have got me one, and I didn't know anything about it until a couple of weeks later. Then the dealer didn't know how to adjust the seat, because I was basically looking at the top of the steering wheel trying to drive it. He must have looked it up because he finally did figure it out and adjusted it for me, thankfully. An ad I heard on the radio for Burtness said they take care of you even after you buy the car. I haven't heard from them at all. I'm just disappointed because I really thought I would have a better experience than I did after hearing the ad.

It was an over-all good experience. The finance department (I'm sorry I forget the name), was very nice and basically bent over backwards to get me a deal on a warranty. I give the finance department 5 stars!

Can I do a 10 star review? Extraordinary service! We are from out of town and had amuch needed work truck become non functional...on a logging road...had it towed in on a FRIDAY..despite the fact that he was short a technician, he accomodated us full throttle. Matt is one in a BILLION. We don't live in Whitewater, but we will drive our vehicles here for service! Kudos Matt
