I gave the stylist pretty clear directions of what i wanted and did not received that at all, the haircut is terrible, about an inch long(asked for 2-3 inches) and theres no delineation between the sides of my head and the top. Honestly I could've done just as well doing it myself in a mirror with a buzzer.Lastly, the single employee shared that she is THE ONLY EMPLOYEE FOR THE LAST YEAR. Do NOT go here you'll spend $20 to leave looking worse than when you went in.

I have no idea how Cost Cutters staying in business? Made a on line appointment for 11 am ,the lady cancelled it just before I got there ,that the customer behind me coming in door had made a appointment 2 weeks earlier , what a story ! She said I could wait in my car while she had 4 appointments ahead of me ! Very snarky attitude twords me ! Perfect example that there is no one to hire , because if there corporate office did a check on her she would be gone !

I booked two appointments to cut both of my older kids hair at 2:40 and at 3:00 pm but apparently you have to make sure that the appointment is confirmed even tho I got an email saying that the appointment was booked I will not be going there again the woman was really rude too ever since the pandemic hair salon have gotten worse about appointments

Have used the phone app to book our son’s haircut the last three times. Had appointment scheduled for today at 11:00am. At 10:30 the app notified us the his appointment had been cancelled. We called and the lady was extremely rude. Told us that phone appointments took precedence over online bookings and someone had called wanting our time so we were bumped. My wife was already on her way and the lady was extremely rude, offered no apology and genuinely didn’t seems to care one bit. We will not be going back.

It was the worst experience ever! I set an appointment up on line an than called an was told about 2 hours. That was at 116. I tried calling about 5 times an they stopped answering the phone. So I went there when the app said I had 5 minutes. When I got there I was told I wasn't on the list an I showed her my phone an it said I had 1 minute to check in but was told sorry but your not on the list. I asked to talk to the manager an the manager gave me the same run around an said I didn't call cuz nobody was answering the phone. I than showed her my phone an that I called an than she said that it was the wrong number so I goggled the number an showed her it was right! So I basically got screwed an lied to an turned away. Even tho most of them cant cut hair I go there cuz it is usually convenient. But the workers are unprofessional an the manager is a liar!

Just awful. Had to go out of necessity. Terrible haircut. Didn’t take their time at all. It’s obvious little effort was used and now I need to go home and fix the fade that was done so poorly. This is a $5 haircut, not $18.Edit: Upon closer inspection, I have one sideburn at the top of my ear, another at the middle. The fade line is so obvious it looks like a 1st grader cut it, I’ve got patches that are uncut, and now instead of trying to fix it myself, I need to pay someone else to do it because it’s so bad. DO NOT GO HERE!
