This store has gotten much better! They could show the rest of the Dollar General stores how it's done. They put product away, keep the store clean, and have excellent customer service. ??

This place is not have enough employees very disorganized and I was in there for at least 15 minutes and I never saw even one employee.
Only one self checkout is open and there's no cashier I saw people leave with the whole entire cart full of stuff because they waited forever and nobody ever came so they just left with a whole entire cart full of stuff.
You need to have at least one employee at the front

Recent changes has really improved this dollar general, practically a night to day difference. Customer service has been the biggest improvement. Great prices and its a lovely little store.

Store employees were extremely helpful and really nice to talk with. I got everything I needed there, instead of going to Walmart, which has high prices and their own brand Great Value, is sometimes the only product to buy, instead of giving the consumer choice’s, like Dollar General. It’s my go-to store from now on! Thank you for having a store in Whitewater!!!

Great products and prices. Customer service was very rude and not helpful at all. The cash registers were super tight and cramp no direction with anything.I can see this being a good store for our town just needs better customer service.

I recommend avoiding this place. Prices are higher than at Walmart and the selection is far inferior. When I went on a Sunday, there was one person working there with nothing to identify her as an employee. I had a question and interrupted her chit chatting with a friend who didn't work there, and she seemed mildly annoyed. I saw a stack of empty cardboard boxes in the back, which I wanted to use for an upcoming move. I asked the employee if I could have some of the boxes, and she claimed that the store had no boxes. My response was: "I can see with my eyes, thanks." If Dollar General wants the patronage of locals like me, it needs to treat us a little better. There are other and better options otherwise.
