My dad and I have taken our vehicles here multiple times. I love that they're honest with you. As a woman I've been to plenty of shops that talk down to me and try to take advantage of me because they feel that they can get away with it. I have never once felt that way here. I had taken my car into to get checked recently because I thought I had heard something and wanted to be safe. I dropped it off right away in the morning and was surprised when they called me about an hour or two later letting me know they had more than one person look at it and they couldn't find anything and explained reasons why that sound could have been happening. Like I said, they're honest. The prices are very fair too. Highly recommend if you're looking for somewhere that does a through job and make sure things are done right without trying to swindle you.

Our Jeep broke down about 6 miles south of town. Our insurance company said they couldnt send one of their approved tow trucks for 24hrs. We called Fero's and their driver was there within 25 minutes, towed us to the mechanic and then dropped us off at home. The price was absolutely fair. Thank you Fero's for being able to help us so quickly!

I called in the morning and got in that afternoon which I very much appreciated. I wanted them to diagnose a concern I had. Though they did not find anything wrong with my vehicle I was thankful they could get me in same day and they also did not charge me.Service: Vehicle Inspection

My partner was in a car accident so I rushed to the scene and ended up talking with the tow truck driver about where we can have the car towed to. We originally wanted it towed to the apartment but he warned us, saying it would cost us to tow there and it would also cost us to tow it to the shop a little way past Kwik Trip. However, he mentioned that towing it back to Fero’s would be free of charge. I specifically asked to make sure. I said, “so it will cost us to have it towed to the apartment but you taking it back with you right now is free?” And he confirmed it is free. When we went to pay the storage fee, they charged us $195 for the tow. When we explained that he told us it would be free, they said “it’s never free, we would never say that, nobody working here would say that”. The ONLY REASON we chose to have them tow it to Fero’s is because they said it was a free tow but only to Fero’s. This was a straight lie.Further, we were unable to move the car for 5 days and it’s 50 dollars a day to store at Fero’s, even on the weekend when they are closed. We were told by one of the employees that we could “work something out” regarding the storage fee and then again, pretended they didn’t say anything of the sort.This place is only looking to get as much money from you as they can. Go anywhere else.

Son's car wouldn't start. He's a freshman at UWW. I live 2+ hrs away. His friend tried to jump start it. Nothing. Dead as a stone. I called around since I knew noone in Whitewater. Feros has wrecker/flatbed service. Flatbed needed for son's 2010 AWD Honda CRV. They came within minutes to get the car. When I booked the call, very sweet lady side they were several days out on when they could fit it in for repair. Low and behold we get a call early the next morning. Car was ready to go. New battery terminal, recharged battery, complete test of electrical system and towing was under $200. I was thrilled. Could have easily gouged me. I was also thrilled that my son would be home for my birthday along with his brothers. Great to have them all home. Thanks to Feros for making it happen, not breaking the bank and restoring my faith in good honest people.

Fero is a excellent honest mechanic i had a 1994 ford and no one could find out why it was over heating he solved the problem.he also found me a catalytic converter oem which is almost near impossible to find after some drug addicts stole mine for scrap, worked on my other vehicles including my jeep Cherokee never any issues always straight forward tell him Jay with the ford probe sent u

Profoundly overpriced and unprofessional. I have no faith in these people whatsoever after what they charged for what they did, PLUS they caused damage to my window and wouldn't claim responsibility. Avoid at all costs.

Charged $700 dollars for literally nothing, AND I found out the place is run by a sicko. Save your money and call one of the many other tow places in town. Definitely avoid if you're a young woman, your money and your life may be in danger being alone with these people.
