I scheduled a 5pm appointment with Rebecca Straight at the Whitewater HR block. I was contacted at 10:22 am instead and received a voicemail asking me to call back to answer some questions about my filing. I called back at 5:00 and was told Rebecca was busy but would call me as soon as she finished with her client. About half an hour later I received a call from Rebecca. I was informed that HR Block had started to work on my taxes that morning but now “all my documents were gone”. Not only that, the Whitewater location can’t file for a sole “priority” which I needed done. I was told that to get my taxes done for the sole “priority”, I would need to have an appointment at fort Atkinson. All of this after my online filing was “stuck in limbo” for two weeks is enough to ensure I never trust Whitewater HR block with even the simplest tax filing.

Terrible experience. Very RUDE “tax pro”. Fr have to train on customer service better. Lady at front desk was nice.

I enjoy using their services. My tax expert, Rebecca Straight has been amazing the last 2 years.I've had other tax experts in the past that weren't as personable, knowledgeable, or easy to work with.

Very nice; I forgot a piece of information at home and no problem they were very patient & understanding. Very efficient; my taxes were done while I was thete.

Warning!!! Do not have this H&R Block office do your taxes. They made mistakes on both my 2017 and 2018 taxes. I am still trying to get my 2017 state taxes fixed. On one occasion, they changed my filing with out my knowledge and without notifying me, changing my filing from a refund to having to pay in. And when I tried to have the owner, Eileen, meet with me to explain what happened, she would not return my calls and would only return e-mails after I started a formal complaint with H & R Block. Find a different office to do your taxes. I will never go back here.

To expensive when u called i told them I was not looking to spend 400 dollars to get my taxes done...it cost me 392..never go back again....never
