My daughter moved up to Whitewater, WI last year to attend UW-Whitewater and had her vehicle with her; so I needed to set-up car insurance for her. I contacted Jennifer's office and at that time her assistant, Hannah took great care of setting up my daughter with the car insurance, insurance card, & made sure to get her State Farm phone app set-up properly. When my daughter got her off-campus apartment earlier this year, Jennifer was able to set her up with renter's insurance. Jennifer kept my daughter & myself well informed and was always extremely helpful, when needed. My daughter had to go into the office a couple of times during the past year to either get some questions answered or fixes with the State Farm phone app and anytime that she needed assistance, she was properly taken care of. My daughter is now moving out-of-state again and Jennifer has been more than helpful. I would highly recommend Jennifer & her office for your insurance needs!

Jennifer is quick to respond to any questions or calls . She gives us updates on changes or available policies .When we had to make a claim she was very helpful,walking me through the process. Helping me get my electricity put back together an back on. I was quickly reimbursed. I went so smooth ,I almost forget it happened.

Jennifer Visser is a pleasure to work with! When we were shopping for auto insurance, she was the only agent who called back. That shows her dedication to customer service. She was very personable and knowledgeable. We chose to leave Progressive after 13 years of insurance with them and go to State Farm. We were so impressed, we moved our home owner's insurance from American Family to State Farm as well. If you're shopping around for insurance, Jennifer is definitely worth speaking with!

Switching over from progressive to the Jennifer Visser State Fatm office in whitewater, wi has been FANTASTIC ! Not only am I saving hundreds of dollars a year on auto and home insurance, the life policy was even better.
