They are truly amazing, dog whisperers who talk to the dogs well. Rachael, the dog whisperer, does a great job and is awesome with the pups, even high-strung ones. The owner is knowledgeable, and the staff is attentive. They always give a full report on your dog's behavior and what was found while grooming. They found a lump on one dog that hadn't even been noticed. They are always willing to communicate on how to train your dog to make it a good experience.

The groomer is the best. She really takes care of your pet. She notices things you might not and offers recommendations to help with the issue. My dog Flash loves her and her gets excited every time he knows he is going.
