When I went to pick up my sandwiches, not very good to be honest, I was received by the cashier who did not seem very happy to be there or to help anyone, which usually happens in all fast food restaurants. While I was trying to get in and out as quickly as possible, it's a pity that I couldn't do it, because I could read a room, I asked for another bag to help carry my things and it took me a long time to give it to me, as if no one had spoken to him. None of these behaviors seemed out of character for a client, and the truth was upset, and I felt that I was being reasonable so I didn't fight anymore

My in store experience around 8pm went well enough. The staff was accommodating, but most of them were inexperienced and they didn’t have advertised items. I was looking forward to the broccoli cheddar soup, but I had to settle for the loaded potato soup because they didn’t have what I wanted. The young lady did warm my soup for me and had a great attitude about my requests. My overall experience was really dampened by my food experience. My sandwich was delicious and well made but the soup was lumpy and didn’t look like soup at all, but just potatoes. I called back to the store to see what my options were to correct this issue. The young lady listened to me but her response was under welling. She asked me “what do you want me to do about it? I asked what my options were. She said she could write my name down for a store credit. I informed her that I live states away and would probably not be returning. She said that’s all she could do because she wasn’t remaking the soup because they would have to make a whole bag and that would be a waste. I asked if I could get my money back. She said she didn’t know how to do that and informed me that there was no manager at the store to assist me. My issue was not resolved and I felt completely under valued as a customer. I just washed that I paid for or my money back!

No posted hours but web says they close 9:30pm. Went to get food at 9:15pm. Open sign off doors locked.

While trying to get in and out as quick as possible, due to being able to read a room, I asked for another bag to help carry my things. None of these behaviours seemed out of character for a customer, and I felt I was being reasonable. However, with the two simple questions I had, I was greeted with a rude response. I understand people can have bad days, which is what I’m chalking it up to. Just very unfortunate to deal with.

Do not waste your time going to the subway. The manager clearly does not want to have customers, she has no people skills whatsoever. If you dare to ask a question, she will cut you off before you can't even finish. They also have a lot of goofy rules about coupons, which ones they accept, which ones they don't, and which subs you're allowed to use a coupon on. This manager clearly needs to find a new line of work. Perhaps somewhere at the south pole would suit her then she wouldn't actually have to interact with people, which she clearly has no interest in doing.

Avi, Erin, Odette were Awesome!!! I came in on a Sunday morning at 10:45. I needed 7 plain footling subs, and I wanted all the toppings on the side. They've gotten very expensive over the years
