About Tincher Realty
John Tincher, founder of Tincher Realty, Inc., began buying and selling property in Whitewater when he was 19 years old. He went into full-time real estate sales and rentals in 1989 when he bought out Steck Realty from his good friends Jerry & Marianne Steck. John changed the name to Tincher Realty, Inc. soon after. Our goal in the business of selling real estate is the complete satisfaction of the buyer and seller. We keep up-to-date on the current market trends and where the housing market is headed. We supply information to both buyer and seller so each party can make a solid, informed decision in regards to their real estate needs; whether it be residential, commercial or investment real estate they are buying or selling.
