“Traveling back from Madison and my tire pressure alert came on. I was losing air pressure in back tire and was thankful to find Mills automotive. They were so kind and helpful. Tire couldn’t be patched as a large chunk of metal cut a big slit in the tire. Knowing nothing about cars, the mechanic informs me that I should have a “ key”/ tool to remove the lugnuts as they were locked. I had no knowledge of where this would be. Again the lady helping me searched as I called my Ford Dealer and she eventually found what we needed. The mechanic quickly put on my little spare tire and had me back on my way. I was very grateful for their kindness and immediate help. Highly recommend!”

Grant was AMAZING! He was wonderful to work with! Grant kept me very informed on everything along the way and kept in constant contact with me through the entire process. My daughter’s car was ran in to and was inoperable. They did an AWESOME job! We have used Butch’s 3 times in the past as well when Deer have hit my husband’s cars. We have always had exceptional experiences at Butch's!!! Butch’s is the ONLY one we will ever take our vehicles to! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”

“LJ has been a very helpful person. My vehicle was towed off of parking lot and gave me a great price to get it out of the impound after sitting there for 3 weeks! While I couldn’t drive off his towing lot with the car due to not having the keys to the car for unexpected reasons he gave me multiples chances to get it off his towing lot with no fees at all. I finally had the cash to get a locksmith guy out there to make me a key for the car and bam I got it off of there. LJ was very patient with me and also helped me find a locksmith guy which I really appreciate them for. I recommend this towing company 100%. Even though it was upsetting that I got my car towed off my apartment lot. These were cool people to deal with when getting your car back. Thanks LJ!”
