I inherited a Kubota tractor that had an oil leak and I needed help getting the loader installed. Ron got a guy out to pick it up in just a few days (on a holiday weekend nonetheless) and had me ready to go in a week later. Really appreciate the fast turn around!

I called these guys with kind of a unique issue on a string trimmer after it was assembled incorrectly. They were able to give me some ideas for how to work through the issue on my own. Got the trimmer fixed based on their recommendation. Thank you! Will be stopping here next time I need something with my Stihl products.

Jeff was great to work with. I went in looking for a Bx23s and found exactly what I wanted. He was very professional, knowledgable, and respectful. A very easy process. A shout out to not only Jeff but the delivery guys who even dropped off another attachment on his way home! Thank you guys!

I bought a stihl chainsaw in April 2021 from them. 2 year warranty. The other day I couldn't get it started. Called Triebolds and they stated yes its under warranty however if it's a fuel issue it's not covered because of the crappy gas. Six work days later (not including Sunday for 7 days) they call me back and said the saw was flooded. They said they worked on it the seventh day. Go to pick up the saw and they want to charge me $$$ for "drying out the cylinder"!! And thats after I told them I had the plug off and was changing plugs! Come on man, really!? Ron was pissed that I questioned the $$ charge and pretty much tossed me my saw! Never buying new or servicing at Triebolds again!!!

Triebold did a great job with my repair. I brought in an old lawnmower with a blown up engine and they put a new engine in for a great deal, in a timely fashion. They're repair crew was very friendly, honest, and helpful, I would definitely recommend, especially if you are in need of repairs.

I stopped in to see what they had for lawnmowers. Not one person talked to me. They lost a sale and a customer.

Not very helpful at all. Most local businesses care about your problem and try and help you figure things out. Not my experience here.

I took time to read other reviews of this dealer to check for any similar experiences before taking the time to write one myself.I stopped in just the other morning (5/4/21) looking for a new Stihl weed trimmer. As I walked in the door, there were presumably 3 salesmen all sitting at their desks staring at their computers. As I took a few seconds to sanitize my hands with the provided sanitizer on a table at the door, none of the three bothered to greet me or ask if I needed assistance of any kind. Fair enough, I spotted the Stihl equipment display on the south-facing wall of the shop and made my way over there to look over the selection of trimmers. I figured within a couple, three minutes or so that someone would make their way over to me and offer some assistance as I went thru one model of trimmer to the next. As it turned out, shame on me for assuming such a thing. As the clock tallied up nearly 10 minutes while I continued to look over the products and repeatedly glance over at the desks of the three associates, all three of them continued to sit on their nut sacks glancing away at their computer monitors. While I generally attempt to refrain from stereotyping, all three were middle-age to retirement age and fit the profile of what you tend to find at these places: guys who don’t seem to desire to be bothered with anyone who isn’t walking in the door with the clear intent of dropping 20+ grand on a new sub-compact tractor or the like.I continued browsing over the equipment for another 2-3 minutes before I finally became fed up. I looked over once again, and observed the same continued display of laziness and lack of interest of my presence in the shop, Again, three typical lawn equipment shop salesmen continuing to sit on their nut sacks, all screwing off on their computers. The guy at the service desk noticed me, but he was preoccupied with another customer at the counter. At the 15-minute or so mark, I walked toward the door to leave. Too busy glancing at their computer monitors, none of the three salesmen bothered to say “thanks for stopping in,” “did you find everything okay,” or “have a good day, sir.” As a manager myself in a customer service related facet of the transportation industry, this entire experience was a complete and total failure in all aspects of foundational customer service protocol. In my charge, the employment of all three of these individuals would have been immediately terminated, with no eligibility for reinstatement. These local yokel-type lawn and garden equipment dealers are almost always staffed with folks who will give a customer the stink eye when a customer brings in a piece of equipment for service that was purchased as Menards, Home Depot, or elsewhere. The “Well, you didn’t buy it from us, so we’ll have to see what we can do” kinda song and dance. So out of one side of their mouths, you get ridiculed for not buying from them, and out of the other side is silence unless you’re walking in the door to drop big money. Despite always having the desire to patronize local merchants myself, how some of these outfits manage to keep the doors open with their sub-par customer service skills is way beyond me. Again, I read all of the previous reviews on this outfit before writing this one. The existent pattern of this type of behavior with this business in recent years made my decision for me. It was my first experience at this dealership, and it sure as hell will be my last.I ended up driving to my local ACE Hardware shop in Delavan, not aware beforehand that he also is a STIHL equipment dealer. When I walked in and over to the display, I was greeted within 60 seconds by the lawn and garden man. He graciously went over everything with me and happily answered all of my questions. He helped me honestly make the best decision based on my needs and budget, and as it turned out, I ended up instead of purchasing a stand alone weed trimmer, purchasing a power head with separate attachments to cover all of my landscaping maintenance.

The only Briggs and Stratton authorized warranty repair shop in the area. They were great. My new snowblower ( purchased from a big box store) had a cracked gas tank. They didn't need me to load the snowblower up and take it in. Sent them photos of tank and proof of purchase. Traded tank with them 2 weeks later. The big box store wanted the snowblower taken back to them so it could be sent out for repairs, being returned 6 to 8 weeks later. I know where I am going in the future for and additional power equipment.
