Amazon was able to get my package to this post office 3 days ahead of schedule, the package has however been sitting in their office now for over a week and still no updates from them.
Haven’t had any issues since this happened 2 years ago

Always have problem with our mail being delivered on time or it always being lost. Important personal/financial mail has gone missing multiple times even though it shows up on informed delivery.

Our mail was left in our garage where wind and pets can get to it. Our business is across the drive and open during the day. I would have rather talked to the postmaster but after letting the phone ring 30 times with no answer I took this route.

Normally I get decent service when there is the older gentlemen. But when it comes to this younger guy. Lazier than hell. Worst post office.

If you want to mail something from Whitewater to someplace other than Whitewater, tell them I sent you - they'll hook you up. They can send stuff anywhere in the world.

While renting lake house i bought something on Amazon and naturally shipped it to myself at that address. For whatever reason Amazon used USPS to deliver the package and instead of doing so they marked package as Undeliverable, I spent an hour on the phone with them trying to figure out why it happens and they said my name is not registered at this address.What a load of nonsense, I shipped packages to myself while visiting friends in other states and even to Airbnb rentals and never ever had a problem. Someone need to drain that swamp USPS at Whitewater and hire new people

Do not go here for a passport. They botched photo and sent a copy of birth certificate instead of original. His passport was rejected because they did everything wrong. I have to go to Chicago with my son now to get one. They also didn’t reimburse any money. No excuse for being that bad at training/job. Incompetent.

The man who helped me was really nice, and super helpful. he even gave me directions on where to ship UPS packages without me even needing to ask. The experience honestly made my day!

Now here is a classic example of a USPS facility that would not be missed if it were to close. It's apparent that the only way to get worse service is to have no service at all.
