June 26, Tyler and the pharmacist were so helpful and kind. They went out of their way to get me the best deal in a not insurance med. Very friendly.
June 7, Meg and Carly at Whitewater Walgreens went out of their way to be kind and had patience to help me save money on my prescription. I will continue to use this Walgreens/pharmacy for all my prescriptions.

The pharmacists and technicians at Whitewater Walgreens have ALWAYS been most kind and attentive, taking their time to explain each medicine and each procedure. I think that the clients who use this pharmacy should put themselves in the employee's place for a moment and understand that in this busy impatient world the good people who work there are both overwhelmed and over- worked. Just saying, Let's try a little harder to be nice and give someone a pat on the back once in a while. It may help them through their day and it just might make you feel good too.

Went to Walgreens the other day to pick up my prescription. Waited 10 minutes in the drive through and didn't move. My prescription was supposed to be ready by 3 PM, it was now 5 PM. I gave them my info and told me I had to wait 10-15 minutes for one of my prescriptions. I waited, they called my name.... I go up to the window and they tell me again that I have to wait 10-15 minutes for the same prescription. I informed the lady I already did and they called my name. She looks around and than informs me that they have to send in a request to my doctor due to a change in branding. Why in the world did they not tell me this before I waited 15 minutes!!!!! I asked when they were open till, they said 8 PM and I said I would be back. I came back to the location at 7:15 PM... get to the drive through window because I was not about to go inside again. I was than told they were completely out of stock of every single brand that they can exchange it with. They said they left me a voicemail about it, checked my phone, nothing. They said they will call me when its ready. I have not heard from them since, it has been a week. I understand that they are short staffed and miscommunication happens but this has not been the first time there have been issues with this location. If you need life saving medication, DO NOT GO HERE!!! They are not reliable, efficient, nor do they follow the hours posted the majority of the time. I will be changing everything over to the Walmart pharmacy as I get the chance which sadly wont be a while as I have to go out of state to do so.

Poor time management, and poor communication skills all throughout the Walgreens pharmacy here. They can't manage ordering medications to save their lives. They don't know what they're doing, you're better off going to Walmart or going to Janesville for your medications. Don't bother with them they'll screw up your medication counts, or they will never get your medications in and you're going to go without.

Tonight going through the drive through, I was given false information about my prescription causing me not to be able to get it. I tried to ask for more information and was ignored. I tried to call back to speak to a pharmacist and was transferred to the person at the windows friend instead who would not allow me to speak to the pharmacist. Absolute terrible experience, I will be transferring to a new pharmacy. Don’t go without your medication because of this place!

We were recently given the wrong prescription than the 1 ordered. The medication inside the bag, was 1 we didn't need at the time. The receipt and description of medication, was the 1 we needed, just not in the bag. If an elderly person didn't pay attention like we did, it could have been fatal.

Warning, apparently due to short staff… they no longer call your doctor for you. But wait here’s the kicker, they won’t tell you that unless you ask them. I guess if you don’t ask, then they have no problem letting your script sit for a week. Not informing you that you need to call you doctor yourself. In fact, they will send you a message and say “delayed - no action needed on your part” well if there was no needed action on my part then why is my prescription not ready for a whole week? Because you say you can’t contact doctors no more but you can’t contact the customer and let them know. Like her that prescription has been sitting for a week, I wonder if the customer knows they need to call their doctor. Please, your communication does not need more staff. It needs more effort. You did not properly communicate what was needed, that you had at your disposal - for a whole week.
