“Id been hunting online for the vehicle that spoke to me. Id done all I had to for pre-approval and finally found the one! I found my next truck. Somehow the lines got crossed and a salesman from New Car Sales Josh called me and I let him know I was looking at a used vehicle. He helped me through everything without ever having to step in the door.
Last minute and on his day off Josh came in to finalize the paperwork and I took my new (to me) truck home.
I appreciated Josh helping and guiding me through everything, even on his day off. Nobody does that and I didn't want to wait all weekend to pick up the truck so he came in special, even when it wasn't technically his department. I really appreciated that red carpet treatment even if it was just for a used vehicle.
Ill never buy brand new but id definitely buy my next vehicle from a place where their employees literally bend over backwards for a customer.

“Took my wife's vehicle here for squeaky brakes. Got a call from them and they informed me that it was likely brake pads that had been worked on by the dealership. They informed me that they were new enough that any repair would likely be taken care of under warranty.
They were right.
I paid a reasonable fee for their time and was able to get the dealer that installed the brakes to replace them. I appreciate the honesty this company has and will continue to be a customer of theirs because of it.”

“Pete’s Tire is outstanding! Last fall they came to my house right on schedule to fill my tractor tires with Rim Guard and HydroSeal, and the added weight made a huge difference. Just last week I had a flat, and they came out, picked up the wheel, repaired it, and even put it back on my tractor before I got home. That level of service is hard to find. I’m so impressed that I’ll be going to Pete’s Tire for new tires on my cars from now on.”
“My 2019 Volvo was leaking engine coolant over the weekend. I wanted a local shop and had a good experience at Mike’s in LG when I lived down there, so I figured I’d check them out. Great prices, straight answers, and solid customer service. Glad I made the call, as they secured another customer.”
“A small private arboretum featuring all kinds of hostas planted in a hilly woodland setting. The owner is very nice and friendly. Apparently he holds a big hosta sale around Memorial Day each spring, and offers hostas for sale all summer. It is private property but he seems okay with people visiting - but maybe you want to call first. No signs on road, so it is hard to find.”

“Wow, what a great and satisfying experience with the service team at Kunes in Lake Geneva !! My newer car,a Buick was serviced smooth and quick. 4 days later i brought in my 20 year old chrysler for repairs on the brake line and ongoing trouble with the starting system.over a few days they communicated with me thru-out the day via calls, texts and video!! took a lot of trouble-shooting on their part {non-availability of parts from Chrysler}etc.they completed All the necessary repairs expertly.I couldn't be more pleased with everything and for less money than i had anticipated!! Thank You All at Kunes”
“My quick stop at Jiffy Lube today was very pleasant. The tech Mark (?) was very thorough in showing me any findings and was very upbeat-even with the high temps and smoky air from the northern fires.
Tim’s calm professionalism was refreshing. He’s very knowledgeable as well. I had him plug in the diagnostics and he was able to touch base on each issue in a way that made sense and wasn’t over my head.
