Very Lazy employees. I have been a resident for a year now and they still return all my mail and packages to sender and mark as undeliverable due to vacant home. we have 3 vehicles in the driveway, nice upkeep on the property and mailbox and have submitted current resident forms. this is ridiculous. use non-federal postal delivery companies.

So disappointed in the service! One employee was so rude and nasty, I am having a difficult time getting over the treatment of a longtime resident! This is suppose to be a quaint and friendly place! Ha! Not so! “You should always treat people with kindness, you never know what kind of battle someone is fighting!†I will try to afford this rude employee that same benefit! I sure hope this wasn't the head postmistress! ☹ï¸

I have shoveled my snow close to my mailbox. It is just as cleared as my neighbor across the street and accessable from his truck, yet he refuses to deliver.

These people are the hardest working members of our community. They know just about every person who walks in and are friendly & personable. They're quick to offer mailing solutions.

This post office is the classic example why this entire business is in the toilet! How can a post office close for lunch when that is the typical time most people can get away from their jobs to go to the post office. Must be a fallout from Obama Care.

I'm still trying to figure out why they need to close for an hour for lunch when they're only open 7 hours anyways. Is an 8 hour workday too much for these wonderful government employees, or do they really not know that with multiple people working there they can take lunch at different times and not have to lock the doors? No wonder the taxpayers are forced to subsidize the USPS, it's run by retards.

The ladies are so friendly (that small town charm) and helpful! I've had to go to other local postal offices and they are no where near as nice.

Horrible post master threatened me to send all my husbands mail back to senders all bc I was sticking up for an older woman who asked for the time she is extremely rude if people have packages between 11:30and 12 some of us are on our lunch breaks to just trying to get our mail but she has to scream and yell and be nasty ever since I moved here this woman is rude so I finally had it and told her to stop being so rude to kind people she made the woman who just asked for the time cry

Horrible customer service. No matter how long the line is they'll never open a second register. Ive seen counter employees literally standing there looking at the wall with 7 people in line at the only open register. The cashier that was open was more interested in personal chit chat with the customer than she was with clearing the line quickly & efficiently. Add in closing for "lunch" and it seems the employees of this post office are pretty incompetent & worthless. They've never heard of staggering lunch time so the doors don't have to be locked? Garbage. This is what you get when you employ nothing but older women.

I second Ted Bell's experience. I was the 9th person in line and left after the line didn't move for 8 minutes. Someone ahead of me asked if they could open another register and the response was "it's kind of a hassle" Totally unacceptable and clearly customer service isn't a priority of any kind at this post office. The people who work at the Delavan P.O. are much faster, friendlier, and competent.

Love my small town post office. Plan accordingly as they close for lunch M-F from 11:30-12:30 Stopped in the other day just as they were reopening from lunch and they opened a second register to help get through the line. Great service. Much better than the post office in Lake Geneva. If a majority of the customers would learn how to mail and address a letter and not stop in for social hour the wait times could be even less.
