I had found an old grandfather clock second hand, very reasonable (Howard Miller), which was something I always wanted. I found Mr. Hernandez through HM's authorized service center web search. It needed oiling and a tune up before I felt comfortable using it. He was very accommodating as far as scheduling, very reasonable, professional, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. My clock, luckily, was in good shape, but had a couple of makeshift repairs over the years, which he corrected with ease. The clock runs perfectly and is beautiful! Thanks Joe!

We can't thank Joe enough for repairing a 60 year old cuckoo clock. It is so nice to have the clock working again. Joe is very accommodating and does great work.

This man is great! I had him repair a clock of my dad's that had stopped working. Then, because I drove quite a distance to get to him, he brought it to me!! Absolutely HIGHLY reccomend! Cool victorian house also!

I had a pendulum wall clock that broke a spring. Mr. Hernandez fixed it, serviced it, told me it was clean and in good condition (didn't try to upsell me with services the clock didn't need) and did it all at a fair price and in a timely manner. I couldn't ask for anything more.

I had a 20 year old pendulum wall clock that broke a spring on one of the chimes. Mr. Hernandez fixed the clock in a timely manner, at a fair price, did the routine (overdue actually) maintenance, told me the clock was otherwise in clean and in good condition (he didn't try to do anything that wasn't needed)... and all that with great friendliness. It's been working great (again) ever since. I highly recommend him for your clock repair needs.

I dropped off our non working anniversary clock on 26 February. Mr Hernandez was very accommodating, provided a cost estimate and completion time. I picked up the clock on April 4th, well within the time promised. Cost was well within the estimate given. The clock now works perfectly. Mr Hernandez explained how to set up the clock, adjust it to keep correct time and how to properly care for it. My experience with the Country Clocksmth was positive, friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend him for clock repairs.

I highly recommend Mr. Hernadez if you are need of someone to repair your mantle, wall or grandfather clock. I was recently in need of help as my inherited grandfather clock had stopped working. He was super accommodating with setting up a time that worked around my work schedule, arrived on time, prepared and professional. My clock is working again and I have learned the importance of having it maintained every 3-5 years to ensure proper functioning over the years.
