Delivery here gets worse every time, the old guy that unloads thinks he owns abc and that you work on his time. 1hr to get off 4 skids. He seems very miserable not sure why he won't retire they could get someone who doesn't hate coming to work everyday

I spend a lot of money at ABC. I have no problem with products. Every time I order materials for pick up I wait. I called my order in yesterday and told them I’d be there tomorrow at 1:00 to pick up. I called again this morning to confirm my 1:00 pick up. Here I am again… one hour wait and counting. I don’t get it. I waited over an hour last time I was here too. Frustrating

Charged me $465 for a bucket of water based rubber roof adhesive and it turned out to be an inferior product when used as directed on the bucket. They would not return it.All of my years as a remodeling contractor and paying my bills on time with them and they treat me this way. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!PAUL KJORLIEAKA KJORLIE BUILDERS

Service is always friendly, but they make plenty of mistakes and that leads to problems for smaller businesses. BUT, they always fix their mistakes and can be counted on to make things right.

Our roofing contractor suggested we go to ABC to look at shingle samples because they have larger ones. We thought that seemed like a good idea and it was. We weren't sure what to expect as it is a business serving contractors, not the public. We were greeted by a young woman (sorry I didn't get her name), who was very friendly and accomodating. We explained why we were there and she patiently answered our questions and helped us find samples in the color combo we were interested in. Thanks ABC !!!
