I contacted Clack after the water company did an install but didn’t provide me any info or spend 10 min going over what was installed and how it functions. I spoke to Bill I believe, very courteous, polite and professional. He spent 10-15 min going over functioning, settings and what was actually installed. THIS IS THE TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTENTION TO DETAILS MISSING FROM 95% OF COMPANIES THESE DAYS THAT JUST WANT MONEY AND MOST OF THE PATHETIC POPULATION ALLOWS IT SO IT CONTINUES. THANK YOU!!

This place is cool easy to find great address overnight parking when you come in and see the door to your left it gives you a number to call. Nobody answers. I got here like 630 called both numbers it says they don’t open til 730 my paper says 6am. So idk. Finally I called again at 731 no answer. Went into the shipping office and they called and got me a door because nobody comes to that receiving door. (I’m delivering). They gave me a door I back in they don’t take too long. I leave. Easy peasy. Just wish it was a little better communication or direction with receiving. Just go to shipping door down further it’s easier. Park on the side n walk there so u can turn around if u need to.

This company might make a good product; however I don't know because mine quit working after about 10 months. I can't find the guy that installed it so I wrote to Clack and asked how to clear an error code. The response was, we don't know how the product works we just make it. I have never dealt with a company that won't help. I would advise against buying this product. I did talk to support, they told me to pound sand.

Really awesome company, I was given a tour and I'm impressed. The overall attitude in the plant was upbeat and everything was running smoothly. I look forward to learning more about the machines and the products created here. Hopefully this is the beginning of the next chapter in my life. I'm grateful for the opportunity
