“The pork belly from here is so delicious when being used in Korean recipes like kimchi jjigae or even just on the grill with rice and side dishes! Will always go here to get our meats! It was truly melt in your mouth and packed with flavor.”

This morning I went in to get ground beef for my husband's birthday cake. His meat birthday cake! I made a large round hamburg steak "cake" from ground beef, onions, breadcrumbs and spices. I topped it with garlic mashed potatoes as "frosting" and then beef pepper gravy. It was delicious, and the gentleman said he'd love to see a picture some day. 10/10, it was amazing and my husband was very happy.”
“Really great shop. My dad and I brought our deer there this year and the smoked brats that they made are absolutely fantastic. They really do a solid job with everything we had come back. The price is fair for the work they have to put into it. I will be bringing all of my deer here in the future. They also have a great regular butcher shop and the shelves are well stocked with everything your BBQ needs.”

“Truck driver review. Apparently they've changed their name to Fortune Fish and Gourmet. At least that's what's on the building and all of the trucks. They don't have a lot of parking, but they have a big lot for easy backing. It's apparently okay to park on the street and there's plenty of room there. This place is typical of other small places you've been to. They get you in quickly and they get you unloaded quickly. I wish every place was like this.”
