“We purchased a van that had previously been serviced at Grahams. They gave us an honest evaluation of what to do before a long road trip and got us scheduled quickly so we could get on the road!”
“Got service through Verizon - he was 30 minutes earlier than expected and then, when it turned out I needed a tow instead of a jump, he helped me get that service ASAP through Verizon again and completed what would’ve been a 3 hour process in under 45. Outstanding”

“Amazing!!!! I called at 12:02 to ask about recalibrating my interlock device. Even though they close at noon they stayed open until I got there and did my recalibration for me. They not only secured my business for the duration of my interlock but also became the mechanic I have been looking for since I recently moved to the area.”
“Called about selling a car that didn't run for cash. Instead of taking advantage of the situation, John referred me to someone who can actually fix my car for 1/5 of the price I was quoted by other mechanics. Now my car runs and he saved me thousands. Class act!! Can't wait for a chance to give them some actual business. Go here.”
“I recently had my car towed away as part of a donation to a nonprofit organization. I was contacted by phone about the pickup time, and the truck showed up on time. The two employees, Shawn and Cole, were very efficient and professional. The car needed a jump, and then one of them drove it out the driveway, and loaded it up. Whole process was very simple and precise! Happy to give them a very positive review!”
“I can’t recommend Simple Roadside assistance enough!!! They were able to tow my van in only 45 minutes! It was only $150 plus tax for a 5 mile tow. Thomas was fast and efficient! I would definitely use them again! ( also, the dispatcher on the phone and tow truck driver were very friendly! )Service: Car towing”

“Truly blow away by the care, attention to detail, thoroughness and excellent communication of this shop. I had repairs and replacements done from a road debris incident where I had impacts to the driver side panel of my door, the rear bumper and rear hatch/liftgate. The work speaks for itself, my car looks as good if not better than new, if that’s possible! Not to mention the paint match is incredible! I can’t thank the staff enough.”

“I had to have assistance with a flat on the side of the road. Dispatch was very kind and professional. Hunter arrived within 15 minutes and had me back on the road in no time! He was caring and honest with assistance, he even went the extra mile of helping me know the model tire I needed for replacement and ensured my spare was aired up and safe to drive on! 100% recommend and will return for future services when needed.”
