Avoid this post office! They can't even print QR codes, the most basic services. She told me to go to the Deforest post office instead, yet it wasn't even open yet and she knew it. No signage, disorganized, nothing is updated on Google.

Let me start off by saying, I routinely receive mail addressed to surrounding addresses. I also routinely have stamped and properly addressed mail returned to me....I received an envelope back that I had addressed to the IRS, stamped, canceled no explanation for the return. When I went to the Windsor post office I TRIED to explain that the IRS needed this to be sent to them and postmarked before midnight, the postal worker replied "it is postmarked" OMG!!!!! This post office needs new staff and carriers!

This is the worst USPS location I have ever dealt with. I have to stop purchasing from a company two companies that use them because I never receive my packages. As for you Weston Knutson, you obviously haven't had a problem but many of us have so be respectful of that because your time is coming.

Dear haters,Leave your poor local post office along. Be appreciative for what they do for you and don’t take them for granted.

My mail is regularly lost, left in the wrong mailbox or found on the ground a block away. It is a locked mailbox so the mail and packages that are missing could not have been stolen when tracking number shows "left in mailbox".

Very small, smells bad, and the hours are terrible. My packages do get where they're going, so I'll give them a bonus star for that.

We CONSISTENTLY have issues with the local post office in Windsor WI. They never deliver packages to our apartment and 80% of the time won’t even leave the notice slip allowing us to sign to authorize them to leave the package. We have even signed (on numerous occasions) an official form (provided by them) that is supposed to give them approval to leave our items that won’t fit in the designated box, but they never do. The package tracking number will clearly say it could not be delivered and that ‘a notice was left’ but guess what.. no notice. Over and over- no notice.
To make matters worse, we have to depend on the Deforest post office who is run by the most ignorant older gentleman who refuses to release the package if it’s already been sorted or placed into bins for the truck. Literally REFUSES. Both locations give the USPS a horrible name and even worse taste in my mouth. Will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as the corporate USPS head office.

It is ridiculous that a person cannot call the post office and actually speak to a person...all you get is a robot giving you options to press this for this and that for that...irritating because if you didn't need a person to talk to you wouldn't be calling...everything the robot gives you options for you can do on your computer so why would you call? The postal ladies that have delivered are very nice but this post office is a bit irritating in that they can't pick up the phone to answer a question that would take 2 minutes...it's a small town post office, it's not that busy that someone can't pick up the phone...and if they are busy all they would have to do is say I"m very busy right now can I return your call when I have more time...take the number down and call back.

I'm tired of dealing with the poor service of this post office. Something needs to be done and they need to be kept accountable for their actions. I've had enough and I will be escalating this further. In the mean time I will be documenting every instance here until something is done. I have never had issues with my mail until moving here. I was forced to sign a piece of paper to “allow†them to release the larger packages at my residence's doorway —which they never do, they just leave a slip, or sometimes I don't get one at all and then suddenly a “final notice†will appear right before it's sent back. I've had postage due on packages from folks that had taken their items to the post office where proper shipping was indeed put on it and yet it still was somehow short and I was given a bogus reason as to why I have to pay such as “there was a metal clasp on the envelope.†We have a locker where most of our mail is delivered and some of the smaller packages can fit inside, but are locked by a key. I've had said key for my packages wind up in someone else's mailbox and I couldn't get to them for days until the person either checked their mail or I complained to the Deforest post office because Windsor won't “deal with it.†They also seem to fudge tracking on some packages, marking them as “deliveredâ€, but I don't see them until the next day or two —leaving me frantically searching/wondering where my stuff is. Today's issue is yet again I received a pink slip, however I was given no reason as to why it couldn't be delivered and it was also dated for two days ago. I'm pretty damn diligent about checking my mail and I'm 100% sure that was NOT in my mailbox two days ago. Thanks for the god awful service. I truly hope whoever is doing this to not only me, but the other folks in the area, someday has to deal with the exact issues we are. I will be documenting and escalating these further up and I urge everyone else who has issues to do the same. This is unacceptable.

I love that this post office is right around the corner from my house. Wish they had longer hours, but what can you do. The guy is always friendly and helpful and packages always arrive on time!

She smashes as many packages into the mail box as possible. She has ruined many items. Every time I call they tell mw my wait time is greater than an hour. If you dont want to take the 30 seconds to get out of yiur truck and hand deliver my stuff to the front door find a new job. Im fed up with the Windsor mail lady. Take some pride in your work
