Our whole family has been going here for about ten years now. We always have a good experience and symptoms/illnesses are handled promptly and properly. It is also very convenient to not have to leave our community for routine healthcare. So glad DeForest/Windsor has their own clinic!

Super sad to see this reading so low. It looks like perhaps it’s based on multiple locations. He Windsor Deforest location has been amazing. Whether it is our primary or anyone else that is available when we’ve needed to be seen they’ve been thorough and nonjudgmental. Thank you so much for all you do!

All my symptoms had been ignored at the Atrium UW clinic until we finally gave up going there. Dr. Hounshell had the smarts to recognize the proper tests to run and had my best interests at heart (and the humility) to seek an outside opinion. Very grateful she is totally unlike my previous physician.

The PA I saw for a physical did not give me a physical and instead tried to psychoanalyze me. Super unprofessional, and wasted my physical for the year. If I want to have someone actually look over my body and take my vitals I will have to pay out of pocket. I seriously hate this place and will never be back.

They are not as good at getting back to you when you need to talk to your Drs. Nurse, to get in. WhenDEFOREST merged with waunakee, that's when it all started. Called at 8 in morning, got a call around 3, I missed it, by 10 minutes, I called back,left another message,To call me back. Now I have to do all over again tomorrow.

I called because I was experiencing that covid-19 symptoms. I listed everything that I was experiencing and told I would have a nurse call me back. After two hours, I decided to call back and I was informed that they wouldn't be doing a test at the clinic anyway.Why I was not told to go receive a test elsewhere was absolutely ludicrous. A complete disservice to their patients.Horrible patient treatment.

Great clinic, friendly front desk staff. Dr. Hounshell is perceptive and helpful. Very clean, clearly marked navigation through the clinic for labs, checkout, restrooms.

Went there with an older individual having a medical emergency - dizziness, trouble breathing, pale, clammy. Reaction from the receptionists was to tell us that they don't have urgent care, so we would need to leave. No interest about what appeared to be a life-threatening situation, other than to explain they were "just following orders". Ended up calling 911 to state that we were in a medical clinic but being refused any assistance. During the 10 minute wait for the ERs to come there was no concern shown by the 3 people working the reception area, nor was there any interest in their part on summoning one of the actual medical people working there. I only wish there was a zero-star option.
