I don't know why this pharmacy seemed to change n get horrible. I called in a refill. Went in. Not ready so I left planning on getting it the next day(Saturday) This time I called ahead and she said they have some but have to order it for Monday and she promised she would call me back. So I'm thinking I can get enough to get me through til Monday. No call back so I called and she said she was sorry but they are on backorder??? Also I could call to try to get it transferred. At that point they closed in 15 minutes. So now I suffer til Monday or try to call my Dr or a urgent care visit as I'm waiting for a procedure. Would of been nice to get the call back earlier so I had time to try to transfer it. Unreal. Never again.

Your customer service is terrible. Takes about a minute before you're greeted. Then once someone finally decides to wait on you, it takes another 5 to 15 minutes before they ring you up. Very frustrating. Order called in in the morning. I shouldn't have to wait especially when no one is in the store. Then when you tell them they are slow, they follow you out. Why? Cause I interrupted you from hiding behind that wall? Get it together and do better!!!

I recently moved to Winneconne and was pleased to find out there was a Hometown Pharmacy...I've had nothing but great service..I'd recommend Hometown to anyone..

Always great service and very fast! Danielle has gone above and beyond working with our insurance a couple times about my husband's inhalers. We love to support local, especially when it's such a great establishment! Highly recommend!

Love the awesome service we get at Hometown Pharmacy! I get to see them monthly for my asthma meds and they are always welcoming, fast and knowledgeable! So great to have a place like this in our small town!

This pharmacy is amazing!!! Definitely has that “Hometown” service from all the staff. Great place for gifts as well. Cute seasonal decor for sale as well.

I am so happy I switched to this pharmacy when I moved to Winneconne. They have a wonderful staff, who is very caring and willing to help you anyway they can. Their customer service is incredible. All their pharmacist and pharmacy staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

Jackie is the BEST pharmacist; and clearly understands small town community needs and dynamics. She gets to know her customers as PEOPLE. Jackie’s servant style of leadership and ability to connect with all people make her an asset to our community! Why would anyone choose Walmart, Walgreens, or CVS when we can “buy local” right here in Winneconne?!? Stop in and try out Hometown Pharmacy!!! I personally guarantee Jackie and her team will not disappoint.
