Stopped today to get fuel for two vehicles with my fuel card. Waiting for a new card to arrive. At the moment it needs to be manually entered in the OMNI system. The cashier refused to even assist me told me I had to use a different payment bc he didn’t know how. I’ve been to three different stores and everyone called the help line to work through it very easily. This employee was rude right off the bat. My first bad experience at a Kwik trip. We stop here frequently on our travels. This was our last trip.

Order door dash order wasn't ready because of notification wasn't on at thier place the woman working the counter had no idea about anything on door dash (please train her on it) but the guy with the chicken hat made sure the order was done and apologized even corrected a mistake the woman did

Had an amazing greeting when I was getting gas from an amazing young man. Brady or Brad I think was his name. So Friendly and Polite.Kwik trip hold on tight to him.you don’t wanna lose him.overall amazing experience.
