Customers often receive quick and attentive service, especially from staff members like Max, who responds promptly to emails and helps with account needs. However, the ATM is frequently out of service or full, making deposits inconvenient. Despite being a small bank with some limits on transactions, it remains a nice place for basic banking needs.
Even though it was busy due to being downtown Wisconsin Dells, the employees seemed to stay calm and friendly. They helped each customer in turn, and seemed thorough.

The ATM is broken 90% of the time which is not convenient or it is said to be full leaving u only two days to make deposit via the ATM
