“We couldn’t find a check in person when we arrived. 3 rooms, 6 people and other guests coming in behind us. We called over and over and rang the bell 15 times! When Mr Patel arrived he said he never heard us! He was pleasant and a fun young man however!”

“My wife and I stayed at Red Cabin 12 for a week for our anniversary, and everything was perfect. We had everything we needed for a peaceful vacation, and we look forward to coming back.
We got to enjoy grilling on the front porch, a nice fire in the fireplace, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals.
Also, Amanda at the management company was very helpful and responsive.”

Safety: The area as a whole feels safe. I’m retired law enforcement so I’d definitely recognize areas that aren’t safe.

“This is a boutique hotel. The vibe is chill and relaxed. Kids play at the beach, adults at the grill. 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards to use. Pontoon for rent. Newly renovated or recently renovated rooms. Good, clean, updated, but with a nostalgic feel of yesteryear in Wisconsin woods. I love it.
The pool...great for kids has a deep end. Beach on-site for some rooms, across the alley for some. Either way, I call it on-site.

“The location was nice as it was away from the main traffic especially during Automotion and you don't hear everyone's loud exhuasts. I think its silly that you have to throw away your own trash as that's what the service of hotels are for, to clean up after you... but the overall stay was decent.”

“My family and I stayed here last weekend for my son's birthday, the hotel was nice and clean and the rooms were updated and clean as well! The pool was warm and perfect for my young kids! Service was great and were prompt with any requests. Safe to say we had a great time and would stay here again!The only negative thing I could say is the layout of the hotel is a bit confusing, but we managed!”

“It's a little confusing as to where to post my review. I'm not sure why there are so many different pages, they need to make it so that there is only one review page. I have never stayed at the resort but I have been to the outdoor water park and theme park many times. For the cost of admission, they always have sales and discounts. I recommend subscribing to their emails or periodically checking their site. Hades 360 is the best thrill ride there, I can honestly ride that all day and never get sick of it. One of the most popular rides so prepare for a wait. The Trojan horse go-kart is the best, I love the design of the track. The Triton's Fury and Triton's Rage are great raft slides if you're with friends or family. For parking, I would avoid going on a weekend if you want to get a better parking spot.”

Nothing super fancy, but decent condition. “Great experience for a motel. No continental breakfast or anything like that, and we did not check out the pools, but our room was excellent. We like to walk, so we got plenty of steps in walking from our room to the downtown Dells.
Shower doesn't stay hot for super long, but the Jacuzzi must be connected to a different water line, because that runs hot no matter what. Fills up reasonably fast too. It was a great time.
Parking situation isn't great, there was a Suburban parked across from us which made it a little difficult to fit my car in its space. Fortunately, we didn't have to drive much for what we were doing anyways.
Room was clean and tidy, TV works (Dish Network with a few channels, but good ones, like Comedy Central and Food Network), bed is very comfortable, I'm really happy with my room and I'd come here again in the future I think.
Counter service was excellent and timely, didn't really have to wait, check in was quick and easy. They even give you a map of the motel and circle where your room is for you.
They give you a flyer at check-in which has coupons for lots of local attractions and stores, and a free voucher for the Timbavati Wildlife park. You just have to have them fill out the voucher in the office on the day you plan to go. I think it's worth your time!
Cost is great too, I paid a little over $200 for two nights in advance through Expedia, just after Labor Day. Not bad for a room with a Jacuzzi! We decided to extend our stay by a day after the first night and that costed around $130-ish. Love it.”
