I’ve had the team of Radio shack out multiple times to install and wall mount our existing TVs and I’ve had them help me choose and purchase new TVs. All three times have been a great experience. Helpful. Patient. Knowledgeable. FAST. and the price is perfect. Highly recommend. 10/10

We are literally so back
Came to this RadioShack (Never been to one before due to the closures) on Saturday July 27th, and I was excited! And it was so worth it! The service was AWESOME!! I got a Whistler WS1010 and I had pointed out the employee’s mistake when he had taken out the wrong radio! I ended up getting the right one and that was really cool! (It was the display one) Store was clean, and it’s rare too to see a RadioShack, as it was a dream to see one in person. Now, was it worth the nearly 100 mile drive, Yes, it is, 100%. Go here if it’s closest. This place was awesome and I am coming back if I ever go back to the Dells.

I would give them less than one star if possible. I went to get the watch band button on my Apple Watch fixed. The gentleman who assisted me, Eric, told me he would work on it. He couldn’t get the button unstuck, so he proceeded to open the entire watch and said “oh yeah water got inside.” Apple Watch still worked, though. When he returned the watch, the screen kept popping off and the buttons wouldn’t work. I went back and the buttons were working again so he said he would just “clamp” the screen for a few minutes. It seemed to work so I took it back. The very next day, the screen popped off again while I was washing my hands and suddenly the screen wouldn’t turn on anymore. I called Radio Shack and they put Eric on the phone who kept saying “well water was already in it.” Again, my issue was that the screen kept popping off after he “fixed” it. The watch band button is STILL stuck and the screen is not working, and there is no offer to get the $35 returned for a fix that did NOT work. And now I have to pay like a minimum of $100 to get a whole new one. $35 may not seem like much, but when you have to buy a whole new product cause the place that was supposed to fix it ended up breaking it instead, and they take no responsibility for it, it feels like a lot. Do better.

Took my laptop in to get the keyboard replaced. After getting it back, everything works perfectly. The RadioShack team was very knowledgeable of the steps needed to get the job done correctly. It's nice to be able to count on the Top-Notch performance of a locally owned business. I highly recommend visiting for any needs or service you may have.

Took a broken laptop that would not turn on in. Jake was awesome. Tried everything and found it was the motherboard. Gave me my hard drive and a flash drive with everything saved. I have a new laptop now as well as being able to boot from old one so I didn't lose anything! Glad it wasn't the hard drive! Thank you Jake (And PJ) for the recommendation!

They replaced the back glass on my iphone but returned it to me with a lot of scratches on the front screen and did not inform me that the replacement glass would not have the apple logo. Also didn’t clean up the glue on the edges of phone.
