Booked a one night stay with family and my original charge was only $168 for the night. Checked in and the employee at front desk over charged me. He charged me $168.00 plus an additional $268.00 because he was "new" and didn't know what he was doing. I was told that I would be refunded the $268.00 - they said my money ($268.00) would be refunded back to my bank in 3 to 5 business days and it is now the 5th day and I still have not been refunded my money!

a very expensive place and they also abuse the situation since one night I had to stay at around 1:00 in the morning they asked me for $200 deposit in cash and then my credit card to give me a roomWhen I looked at my account statement, the bank discovered that they were charging me $224.50 for just one hour that I stayed.when I was in a cabin all weekend $280.98It was from Friday to MondayThis hotel is a robbery since they charge a lot and on their website they advertise it for $68 per night I don't know why they robbed me like thatIt is the worst hotel in Wisdell

They are in the middle of a remodel which I understand. BUT don’t give us two rooms that are not finished or usable and then switch us to two rooms that are dirty and dusty and less than mediocre. The gentleman at the front desk was not friendly and seemed annoyed when we wanted to switch rooms because we couldn’t plug anything in, lights had no light bulbs or shades, the box spring was not mounted right and the room had debris all over. The new rooms that he put us in were just dirty. Gum on the floor, fingernail in the corner, toilet not cleaned and chair straight up gross!

Tried to cancel a few hours past the 48hour deadline to cancel because the conference i was going to canceled. And was denied my cancellation request and charged the full price. That is ridiculous and not how you treat your customers. I will be staying at a different hotel for now on.

WARNING DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! The front desk area was the staging area for all of the renovation materials. Inn! They may be better in the future but not now.The lady wasn't mean but not pleasant either. The carpet was dirty in the hallway going to the room. Once we got in the room we noticed the window was broken, furniture was outdated and dingy, the jacuzzi looked like you would get a bacteria infection if you soaked in it. We literally turned around and checked right back out. We couldn't even take our coats off. Not all the pictures on the site are up to date. Please do not waste your money. Just pay an extra 20 bucks and go right next door to holiday inn!

This woman needs a lesson in customer service. Immediately began arguing with me about a tax exempt form, despite me explaining that I called ahead and confirmed that they would have the form at the front desk. She proceeded to bash their own Ramada call center stating "they don't know anything". Then somehow she scanned our tax exempt information and life managed to go on without the form she wanted to argue about! Hey lady, the customer is always right, especially when they are actually right. The room was a dump, see additional pictures. For a few bucks more you can stay next door at the Holiday Inn.

Great front desk staff.Don't stay there if a heavy smoker. Was charged for smoke smell, though only smoked in car. Assume smell was carried into room on clothes due to lack of ventilation in cold weather.Nearby activities: Close to performance theater in Lake Delton.

Check in clerk was not very friendly, the rest of the staff was though. Rooms were spacious but outdated. Wish I could attach a picture of the bathroom door, it had what looked to about 20 leftover picture hanger big glue spots and one hole in it. Door was thin wood. No Do Not Disturb sign to be found in the room. Breakfast was good, we enjoyed the waffle maker. Eggs, sausage, juice, coffee, bagels, cereal were on the buffet. We didn't have a chance to utilize the pool. Outdoor patio needs attention. Wood deck is hazardous.Rooms: Spacious but too much furniture. Bed was ok, comfortable.Nearby activities: Christmas dinner theater about 3 blocks away. Show was wonderful!

The lady at the front desk was excellent. Hand down, one of the best we encountered on our 4000 mile trip. The tough guy, who turned the lights off in the breakfast area is a clown. While 4 people are having coffee, you don't walk in at 6:28 late for work and turn the lights off on them. Not our bad you slept in for your menial task of nuking eggs.Noteworthy details: Breakfast was terrible. Host was a a-hole.

Customer service was horrible. Front desk lady was rude, not customer seconded friendly. The hotel looked disgusting. I thought it was just me being pinky but the people that checked in Before me said the same thing. That they’re rude and the ’ rooms were gross and not worth the money. Also they don’t allow you to have a visitor not even your grandkids that you drive states away to see

Very good location, right in the heart of the Dells, close to many attractions. I never felt unsafe or anything like that. Pretty good continental breakfast with juice, coffee, waffles, eggs, sausage, and other staples like that. They have an indoor pool, fitness center, and business center but did not go in to any of these.Facility is clean but a little dated. Room was clean and featured a fridge, microwave, small desk, two chairs, in-room coffee maker, and ironing board. The one complaint is that the bathroom is very small, and the bathroom door was somewhat warped and difficult to shut, and only opened about halfway. Also, the iron/ironing board was kept in the bathroom (I had never seen that before).Overall, I would stay here again. It's a solid middle-of-the-road hotel. I thought there was good value for what we paid. We did stay here out of season (late Oct.) and were not traveling with kids, but would have no problem staying here with kids to see the water parks.

Man this place is a nice quiet and well priced place to stay. Had no issues at all and the front desk lady was amazing when chucking in and out. She has amazing customer service skills and she’s the backbone of this place as well as all the cleaners! I highly recommend this place as an alternative to the dells resorts like the wilderness etc.)Nearby activities: they’re more than enough things to do, for example you can go zipping, laser tagging, mini golfing, all the amazing water parks/ theme parks. Overall amazing location for an amazing price and I can’t complain!!Walkability: Right around lots of fun places to go visit and have fun at!Food & drinks: There are more than enough options around you but i recommend serentos Italian food! Kinda more pricy food but amazing place to visit in the close area!

I rarely write poor reviews however my experience was truly atrocious and I don't want others to find themselves in my position. While this location claims to be pet friendly when I went to check in I was told they were not. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude saying she left a voicemail. When I checked the voicemail was left yesterday, one day before I was supposed to check in (and a day I was unavailable as I was in a wedding). This is why I had booked weeks in advance and wrote explicitly that I planned to bring a dog, so if by some chance the information I found was incorrect they had ample time to let know so I could book another hotel. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone given the rudeness of the front desk attendant and how rundown the building looked compared to the surrounding hotels. (I highly recommend the LA Quinta right down the road, incredibly friendly and clean!)

The first room we were assigned to had a musty smell, so we asked for a different room. That room smelled better but had a broken lock on the door, finished was scraped off the bathroom door, the desk chair was all scratched up, the bed was comfortable but the sheets felt wet and there were dirty underwear in the bathroom behind the toilet. The pool and hot tub had so much chlorine it burned our eyes. The hotel looks nothing like the online pictures.Nearby activities: Everything was close by which made it very helpful.
