Can someone tell me WHY I was charged for a room when I called and canceled it a day before and then again the day of??? SCAM cancelation was to have been 24 hours before and thats what I did...plus the day of...maybe I should have called 30 days before

Front desk guy was rude and reckless at the time of late night check in. He was asking to cancel room when we were just asking the clarification for the extra service charge. Whatever we speak he was saying I don’t care and talking all non sense.

Terrible front desk guy. No ethics and he don’t even how to talk with costumer. Worst costumer service ever had.
