I can be difficult to deal with when it comes to all my questions and rebuttals, however, he handled it nicely. He remained opened to what I had to say and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. He even replaced a wiper blade, that after leaving I realized was worn out. He himself deserves the 5 stars!
