Phone service doesn't make sense, they labeled my package to the wrong place and I am trying to get somewhere with the phone system and its been telling me the same thing for 3 days now and still no results

Whenever I have any questions on packages or help with locating them, Darcy is on it! I know USPS gets a bad wrap but she is always pleasant and more than happy to help. She redeems USPS and humanity in general for me!!
