Worst pharmacy ive ever ben to. Every time i get a prescription filled, they never have it in stock. I even drop them off 5 days ahead of time and tell them to order it if they dont have it in stock as well as remind them a day ahead of time. And yet they forget, and have to wait days after its due for them to receive it. Almost Every month, multiple prescriptions. They just don't care about their customers

I would HIGHLY recommend NOT going to the Pharmacy. I had an infection that needed antibiotics. The doc perscribed them on 7/15/24 and immediately sent them out to this pharmacy. Since then, I have attempted to pick them up three times. The Pharmacist was not available, or on duty so I was told they had no choice but to close. Its the law...I was finally able to pick them up today.
My issue is NOT even that though.
When I arrived today to pick it up, I went early, right at 8am, and through the drive-thru. The pharmacist on duty today (she said her name wasTara) ignored the window. When she finally did speak to me it was through the phone and 15min had gone by. She was extremely rude and short. Seemed as I was bothering her by even being there. She got all my info, hung up, & came to the window.
She then proceeded to THROW the bag into the chute,no joke, and quickly tried to shut it. As she was doing this, I was trying to ask her a question about the food/no food with the medicine and wasn't paying attention. I almost got my hand chopped off by the dropbox. I literally had to pull it back towards me to not have that happen. All of this is unexceptable and I will no longer be using WALGREENS in Wisconsin Dells because of it. Do better

I really appreciate this Walgreens! I was vacationing in the Dells and forgot my meds at home. I was most worried about my blood pressure meds. The pharmacy contacted my doctor for refill authorization, and my prescriptions were filled in a few hours. We were greatly relieved I could get the meds I needed. The pharmacy staff was wonderful.

I left a prescription at home while on vacation and the pharmacist there got my script transfered and filled in just a couple hours.

Bonnie (pharmacist) and her staff such as Tiara etc...amazing , very nice people who help you anyway they can ... For how crazy busy this place is... they do extremely well and never stop being moving around
being productive ... For people who don't notice the lunch sign I don't know what to tell you, open your eyes.? ?. ? Thank you for all you guys do!

By far the best kept walgreens ever!! with friendly and helpful staff. The fellow at the checkout with gray hair was very gr8 at helping. he deserves a promotion to management. He knows the customers by their name and made us feel like we were locals at the store. Please make this guy lead and train others we will visit again in the summer just because of him.
