I was at this Ace Hardware this weekend and very disappointed to see all but one employee without a mask. I realize that the mask mandate has been lifted but the coronavirus is not eradicated from Wisconsin and the numbers are rising again. You would think as a business they would do everything they can to protect their employees and the public. So it makes you wonder if they clean the way they should be cleaning during this pandemic.Luckily most of the shoppers had masks on. Other businesses in WI Rapids still required or requested people wear masks, so those will be the ones that I will frequent. The staff was very helpful and friendly, it is just too bad they can't recognize what the right thing to do is!

I've had good experience in the past with this company. Salesman have called and given me great deals on tools and equipment. The salesman can be a bit relentless in their pitch. The last order I was supposed to receive did not show up for some unknown reason...

When I was growing up I would always go to our local ACE store. I'm in the process of moving and have been to this location a few times. The employees are friendly and the store is clean. Though, with the amount of competition and options, a bad experience just motivates me to go to a different store.
