Ethan and Cindy have gone so far above and beyond the normal level of customer service! Ace hardware has my business for life. You're lucky if someone at the local Tractor Supply will even speak to you, let alone try and help.

I went into the Wisconsin Rapids Ace Hardware on 8th street looking for a new lawn mower for my large yard. A guy named Mike was working by the mowers and right away acknowledged myself and my fiancée. He helped us find a new mower that would knock out our large yard with ease. Mike even helped us find the right oil, gave us advice on how to take care of the self-propelled mower, and even helped load the mower into our vehicle. When they sat Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks, Mike truly delivered on that promise. I am thankful for Ace Hardware and their staff and will continue to be a customer!

We went to get paint and Christine went out of her way to help us find what we were looking for. She also had the best sense of humor. She was friendly and fantastic.
The cashier was very kind as well.
